I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still had to pull out because the line was still 10 cars long and had moved one car. I understand it is busy in the morning but to have to wait 30 minutes to move one car is absolutely terrible. This location needs to fix this problem.

Usually I have a good experience here but today September 9th, I had a terrible encounter with a rude staff member. She was about middle aged, brunette hair, had a white shirt, and was on headset. I waited approximately 7 minutes and I was debating on just driving away but I thought I would still give it a chance, so I finally spoke up and greeted them first. The lady’s tone on the headset was dismissive and rude. I ordered a medium iced lemon mint sencia tea. I get up to the window and she goes: rewards? In a disgusted tone, I give her my rewards and she just goes: $3.95😑. She then starts complaining about being on headset infront of me. I got my drink and it was a hot tea and before I could even say anything the lady literally slammed the window in my face. I usually give service workers grace because I work in service but this encounter was astounding. The other staff members are usually great!

Two stars just because they’re somewhat decently priced and for some reason I still choose to go here, but the service sucks honestly. Nice people but they’re ridiculously slow and the food is cold in the middle half the time. Drinks are okay. Writing this while sitting in the drive through and I have been waiting for more than 20 mins. Definitely don’t go here if you have anywhere to be.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make a normal chai. Every single time I’ve ordered a chai from this city brew it has been messed up. Nobody’s gonna attack you for asking a follow up question about how they want the drink made.

I came in through drive through was the only car at the time. It took them longer than 5 minutes to get my order out. They also made both drinks wrong. I even clarified with them with what I ordered two times and still got the wrong order. I ordered a pumpkins caramel macchiato frappe and got a caramel frappe. Then the second drink I asked them twice to do it with peach syrup not the puree and even asked the lady in the window if it’s with the syrup not puree and they gave me the drink and it was with puree. I don’t enjoy the puree cuz it just taste like chemicals to me. Everyone was really nice just not happy with the products.
