I thought the service was a glitch, but went back twice more and realized it wasn’t. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru even if you’re the only one there. The server won’t look at you and will have you sit there as your food gets cold on the counter without ever asking what you’re waiting for. Not a fan.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. When I placed my order, my first sandwich choice wasn’t available, so I went with my second option and also ordered another sandwich for my husband. At the window, I waited about 10 minutes for an Americano, a sandwich, and a burrito. After receiving the food, I then waited another 5 minutes for my coffee.
When I got to work and checked everything, my order was completely wrong. The coffee was incorrect, and instead of the burrito I ordered, I was given an English muffin sandwich. Having two out of three items wrong is frustrating. While waiting, I also noticed several employees walking around casually even though there were five or more cars in line, and the person at the window was talking on the phone while working.
It’s clear the staff could use more focus and attention to detail. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

My server Peyton was very friendly. The service here was great and fast. I ordered a cheesy pretzel and a lime charger. That was without a doubt the best charger I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend

The barista remembered my order and name, and I've only visited twice! Great service, and shout out to Fallan P. for remembering my order. I got the caramel macchiato with extra caramel.

My Matcha Latte barely had matcha flavor and very lukewarm!
My Dads white chocolate mocha was barely drinkable it had no white chocolate or coffee flavor what so ever + it was ice cold and when they warmed it up it was to room temp.
It’s obviously that these girls were not trained right in making a drink what a shame not there faults it whoever trained them’s fault.
If it were me I wouldn’t bother with this location I’d go to the Shiloh City Brew or City Brew on Main Street heights. I know you won’t be sorry there!
So sloooooowwwww…. Pull up to the order kiosk no greeting or anything for almost 2 minutes… after I ordered drove up and only one car ahead of me and waited for another 15 minutes. Oh and they didn’t put any caramel on my caramel macchiato, what a waste of my time and money.
came through around 9:50 got a plain bagel, i came to the window and the girl gave me an uncooked bagel still wrapped, and i asked if she could toast my bagel and she said “no” and closed the window and i opened my bagel and i got no knife and only one cream cheese. don’t go to city brew

Idk what has happened recently, but this location has been so slow lately! 10 minutes in the drive thru is a lot when only a couple cars are ahead of you. The staff is very friendly and sweet though.
Whatever they give you will probably be good, just don’t go if you’re picky or running late. Best matcha I’ve had tho

Great service ?
Watched the drive thru get cleared multiple by while we sat in line out front. Had a pickup order so thought it would be easier to just grab it from the window. Alas.
