From Your Biggest Fan:) I’d go miles to get a drink from the Grand City Brew. It’s my favorite spot, hands down. The girls, Liz, Amaya, the others that I need to look better at there names. HA!Are amazing at being friendly, making great drinks, and taking care of their customers. These Girls deserve a raise for all their hard work and always being on Top of everything they do. The other City Brews don’t even come close to them. They should definitely learn from the girls here and their charm. I love that they already have my perk number in and always make our day. So, if you’re in the mood for a City Brew, come see the girls on Grand.

I am visiting out of town and I ordered a latte yesterday and today and the latte seems to be watered down. Not much taste. I even ordered an extra shot. I have this all the time from my home town and here there isn't much taste of coffee ?

Employees were super! Great experience in that department. Tried an iced latte and the everything bagel sandwich. Sandwich was good. Loved the Gouda on it. I'm a bit of a coffee snob so I'm very critical on coffee and since this is a coffee shop, that's the only thing that matters. The espresso isn't the worst I've had. It's definitely better than Starbucks. It is still a bit bitter though. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst either. Not sure if they grind in house or not. If so, definitely should use a coarser grind and it would fix that issue. Otherwise, pretty decent coffee. I'd go back in a pinch but it didn't make me a life long customer by any means.
Kind staff. But this is easily the slowest coffee drive thru in town. If there are two cars in the drive thru we will pass by and go to a different store that has 5+ knowing we will get coffee sooner somewhere else. The staff rarely starts the coffee order before you get up to the drive thru window.

Like it overall, read there. Nice staff. But always leave early because of cold a/c blowing from ceiling. Hate to admit but its uncomfortable enough I leave. Seats near window section without overhead blowers don't have plug in for computer.

City Brew has gone way downhill. I was a loyal customer since they started in 1998. Now they’ve lost everything that made them unique. The new scone product is an abysmal, cakey bland excuse for what was a great scone for 25 years. Their coffee blends are now identified as “light” or “medium” roast… no longer the identifying names of “Zimzilla”, “Backroads”, etc. and the cup of coffee itself this morning was terrible. The cashier who “greeted” us wouldn’t even make eye contact. You have managed to ruin the entire culture of your company.Goodbye City Brew. It was nice knowing you. You’ve successfully changed your identity to another tasteless Starbucks wannabe. So sad you sold out.
