The service here used to be amazing and the drinks were always consistent. It has declined so much. They used to have a great staff and manager who were always friendly and quick. Every time I go now it’s slow and inconsistent. Never a smile on their faces and the drinks are very hit or miss. I keep trying to give it a chance but yet again this morning I left with one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. I don’t even know that it’s palatable. What a waste.

I go through the kiosk in the hobby lobby parking lot on 24th often and Chayla is the absolute best at what she does!! She is fun, upbeat, and friendly. She makes a point to remember names and details to my personal order. She is awesome! I always love seeing her!
