Classy N' Sassy Coffee

I had a horrible experience. I asked names at the end of my service to write this review. I use to enjoy classy and sassy so much but recently the service from new workers has been horrible. The long term employees including Liz, Jules, mak and shae have always been helpful and understanding. The workers named keara and bianacca were not only rude but made me feel dumb and embarrassed to ask questions. I was also extremely disappointed in the knowing of the menu I felt I knew more than them. They were judgmental and extremely disrespectful. I will now be calling to make sure I know who is working before wasting my 10 dollars for a bad attitude and half fast drink. Please do not let values slip through for quantity.

This establishment seems to struggle with providing drinks that are on their menu. The past 3 visits our orders have been incorrect and I have had to ask them to fix it. Today, we ordered 2 drinks and I get the Carmel Apple without soft top like the menu states and the young lady continued to tell me twice that it doesn't come with soft top. The one in the picture is the apple pie with whip cream and the one without is the Carmel apple. Do better Classy Sassy. I live 2 blocks from this location and visit often and every time lately not one of your employees knows how to make an ordered drink luke your menu states.

I honestly use to love Classy N’ Sassy but lately I just get met with bad attitudes from the employees. It’s like they are mad that I order a drink which has been lately a strawberry smoothie, but whenever I tell them my order they get genuinely irritated with me for ordering it. It very frustrating because it’s not like it’s a special drink I made up, it’s on the menu. So I don’t understand what the big deal is.

I love their sugar-free flovors for the coffee. We go through the drive-through for coffee.

I ordered a black coffee and a latte, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve had. Both drinks tasted unpleasant and lacked the quality I expected. To make matters worse, the cup was poorly made—it leaked and made a mess. I had to thought on the trash. Definitely disappointing.

More Sassy than Classy at all locations but this location is where I went for my most recent purchase. The lady was cleaning. I think she spilled and seemed frustrated as I arrived. I continued with my order. She asked for a tip and I gave her a tip. I got my order and my perfect start was super watery. At all locations the whipped cream isn't ever whipped. It's cream and watery. By this time, I was just tired of the experience and didn't want to deal with anymore Sassiness.

The cup was only halfway full of coffee and for 10 dollars that's crazy! The prices on the website were not correct and when we received our drink orders, we were given different prices for the drinks, and ended up paying much more than expected

I stop by here when my usual place is closed. The drinks have been inconsistent the last few times. Then today, I get halfway through my drink and feel something in my mouth. It was a shredded up piece of plastic. I dumped the drink out through a strainer and there was a TON of shredded up plastic in there.

This is completely unacceptable. I will not return.

The coffee here is absolutely top notch, the white chocolate mocha I ordered was fantastic and one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The barista was very kind friendly and knowledgeable I would travel 20 minutes to stop by here any day. Very affordable and top quality

I was so excited this morning to spoil myself and bite the bullet on classy n sassy’s ridiculous prices got to work took a drink and it was all powder. Actually disgusting 🤢. If you are gonna sell me a 9 dollar drink at least make sure it’s drinkable. So terribly disgusting

food is ok but coffees and redbull drinks are to die for!! so yummy

Didn’t listen to the order & I ended up with dairy in my coffee, my breastfeeding baby and I cannot have dairy so now my baby has a belly ache and is inconsolable. If you’re going to charge so much for your drinks, make sure your employees can pay attention to taking the order and doing their job.

Last summer I drank to the end of my iced drink and there was a wasp in it that ended up in my mouth and stung me on my tongue. I disregarded the incident as an accident and never said anything. At this point, I wont be returning here and would never recommend this place to anyone.
