I’ve been disappointed by a few coffee spots since moving to Billings. However, Classy and Sassy has never failed me. Fast, efficient, kind, and great coffee. That’s all I ask for! Not to mention seasonally fun drinks to try!

Service was out of line rude disrespectful prophanity I ordered a iced latte that was not the strength and the flavor I requested the drink was watered down so much that it tasted like watered down milk 5 shots of Expresso should have made the drink strong and dark as well as the flavor would have made this drink sweeter and bitter but instead it was not consumable

Great coffee/drinks but for some reason every encounter I’ve had with a barista has been horrible. Just today I ask for light food coloring knowing I’ve gotten the request fulfilled before at other locations including the kiosk I was ordering from. The orange haired barista told me food coloring or not, are the options. She then proceeds to hand me the perfect start with a lot of food coloring while closing the window and laughing in my face. I love the establishment in whole but do not recommend in terms of customer service.

I had a horrible experience. I asked names at the end of my service to write this review. I use to enjoy classy and sassy so much but recently the service from new workers has been horrible. The long term employees including Liz, Jules, mak and shae have always been helpful and understanding. The workers named keara and bianacca were not only rude but made me feel dumb and embarrassed to ask questions. I was also extremely disappointed in the knowing of the menu I felt I knew more than them. They were judgmental and extremely disrespectful. I will now be calling to make sure I know who is working before wasting my 10 dollars for a bad attitude and half fast drink. Please do not let values slip through for quantity.

This establishment seems to struggle with providing drinks that are on their menu. The past 3 visits our orders have been incorrect and I have had to ask them to fix it. Today, we ordered 2 drinks and I get the Carmel Apple without soft top like the menu states and the young lady continued to tell me twice that it doesn't come with soft top. The one in the picture is the apple pie with whip cream and the one without is the Carmel apple. Do better Classy Sassy. I live 2 blocks from this location and visit often and every time lately not one of your employees knows how to make an ordered drink luke your menu states.

I honestly use to love Classy N’ Sassy but lately I just get met with bad attitudes from the employees. It’s like they are mad that I order a drink which has been lately a strawberry smoothie, but whenever I tell them my order they get genuinely irritated with me for ordering it. It very frustrating because it’s not like it’s a special drink I made up, it’s on the menu. So I don’t understand what the big deal is.

I ordered a black coffee and a latte, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve had. Both drinks tasted unpleasant and lacked the quality I expected. To make matters worse, the cup was poorly made—it leaked and made a mess. I had to thought on the trash. Definitely disappointing.

More Sassy than Classy at all locations but this location is where I went for my most recent purchase. The lady was cleaning. I think she spilled and seemed frustrated as I arrived. I continued with my order. She asked for a tip and I gave her a tip. I got my order and my perfect start was super watery. At all locations the whipped cream isn't ever whipped. It's cream and watery. By this time, I was just tired of the experience and didn't want to deal with anymore Sassiness.

The cup was only halfway full of coffee and for 10 dollars that's crazy! The prices on the website were not correct and when we received our drink orders, we were given different prices for the drinks, and ended up paying much more than expected
