My wife and I usually have the hocus pocus and a maize. The employees remember us and always get a warm greeting. They have a wide variety of different coffees,charger’s and snacks for everyone. We highly recommend them. They always have you try your drink and if it is not what you want they will make it right. Let them know with a good tip also.

This is the only place I go for coffee now. Constantly new menu drinks, locally baked goods. The drinks are always made with high quality. Every encounter I've had with.staff is great, they are friendly, prompt, great customer service

"Extra Sassy, Hold the Classy". Someone has to explain to me why they have 2 signs on their front door with different hours! "EVERYDAY 5AM-7PM" is not the case as we were denied service at 507pm. Apparently the invitation to "come and join them" is no longer on the table. They need to close that store and put up a Casino in its' place. (Billings doesn't have enough of those)

the pricing seems wildly inconsistent from location to location and they have numerous issues with drinks being incorrectly made. I haven't been in over two years but as it keeps popping up on my feed from the excessive ads I am leaving a review, don't waste your money.

They gave me the wrong coffee. I asked for them to make the actual coffee I requested and she told me I’d have to pay again…The previous day the coffee was made without caramel, but today she says that it’s always made with caramel, it doesn’t make sense. I was happy to have found a Veteran owned business who supports the troops, but now I’m just going to stick with Mazevo.The brassy blonde girl with a scar or something on her nose was rude and unaccommodating.Previously, a blonde woman with glasses helped us and she was very nice and made the coffee perfectly. She even asked about my family’s experience with serving in the military.

The lady working had no idea what she was doing. She made me wait 10 minutes to order, then said she’ll be with me in a minute after waiting 10 minutes. Then I finally ordered, she couldn’t figure out my simple order and made me come to the window so she could figure it out. She asked me how much almond milk/cream should go in my drinks.

I always get the perfect start at any Classy n Sassy location but I don’t know what it is about this specific location on Grand, but the employees don’t know how to properly make all the drinks. I ordered a sunrise perfect start and it was VERY melted and just very liquified as soon as the barista handed it to me. I kindly asked her to add more ice to it but she decided to make a whole new one (very kind of her)…still the same problem though, super melted and not enough ice. I called both of the other classy n sassy locations to tell them about my experience since it’s an $8 dollar drink, but none of the managers seemed to care. One manger hung up on me, and the other one said she would call me back, but she never did of course. Service is usually always amazing but I was very disappointed when I never heard back from either manager. The Grand location doesn’t have the best baristas and maybe because it’s a newer location and new employees, not sure what the exact reason is for this.
