My wife and I were headed there for a date. It was 8:10. Their website and google said they close at 9:00. We walked in and the lady very rudely exclaimed she was closed and kicked us out. Disappointment for a date night.

Please, just, do not come here. There’s a reason they are always hiring. The employees are teenagers trying to get by and a manager also trying to get by.
The owner of this place does not care for the employees nor the manager. Manager is always overworked and some of the employees (some) could not care less about their job. If you want ice cream; go somewhere else. I’m sure there’s a bunch of other places that genuinely care about their employees. But for now, don’t support this location.

I waited 40 minutes in line, only to see Layton prioritize a friend who had just arrived, serving them ice cream before us despite our long wait. To make matters worse, the ice cream servers were serving ice cream without gloves or hairnets. It was extremely frustrating.

Just waited at the front for almost ten minutes before someone came to help, there was a line in the front, the only reason someone came to the front was because I went to the back and said hello. Absolutely unacceptable to have younger staff without a proper manager!! Talking in the back instead of helping customers is appalling.

Bad customer service. Had to ring the bell a couple times, and while we were waiting we observed hair in one of the ice cream tubs. Despite this; we decided to still give it a chance. Finally the woman came out, and we asked where to order. she didn’t say anything but just pointed. A couple times, she couldn’t hear what we were saying and would go “huh” in a rude tone. Won’t be returning.

What a disappointment. Ruined my son’s birthday 😞 he was so sad that the oreo pieces weren’t even crushed and he was served toppings he did not request. Poor lady seemed like retirement would be awesome.

Came in here twice and both times ordered multiple ice creams the same size but yet the ice cream amount was significantly different and when I asked about it the employee didn't really give a darn or think it was any big deal?

Their customer service is downright awful. If you're willing to be snarky and rude to customers, I can't imagine how you treat other staff. It's no wonder this location is URGENTLY hiring, always. For the price of cold stone it really should be a 5 star establishment.
Nevermind the fact that the older of the gals decided with her attitude that she was going to punish me by shorting my ice cream... Maybe next time you decide to be catty whompus don't announce it like little school girls murmuring about someone they don't like. Even my 10 year olds didn't like the way you treated us.
