This place... I think its the manager but the "main" gal is so dang slow all the time and DOES NOT care either. I've watched a dozen customers leave while we stood in line behind a si gle couple because the service is so slow. They don't open on time and it's just not a treat to go there anymore which is unfortunate because its delicious. I'm sick of it being such a chore to want to go here but it's so stressful. Just a pass for us.

i’m honestly just mad nobody knows how to update their online menu, ordered two different times in a matter of 4 weeks with the same issue. just laziness from the high schoolers cold stone only seems to hire. maybe get a real manager in there and do their job?
I went out for ice cream at another place closer to my hotel and took a leisurely stroll. The ice cream was just ok, but I was stoned, so when I saw the cold stone creamery while I was walking around, I stopped there also. I had the Germanchökolätekäke. They substituted the pecans for almonds and I was NOT disappointed. This was only my 2nd time at a Cold Stone but it won’t be my last.

Showed up on April 26th @ 9:37 to get our daughter dessert only to find the doors locked. The hours stated they closed at 10. My husband pointed to the hours sign on the window and the boys started to laugh, give obscene finger gestures and started shutting off the lights. I’m not sure what type of business allows this behavior from disrespectful teens but they have lost valued customers due to it. I recommend Baskin Robbin!
