The pricing here is outlandish. We ordered two of their largest servings, both with multiple toppings. They were $15 a piece. There were barely any toppings in the ice cream at all and they weren’t mixed in. I will never spend my money here again. Grocery store ice cream is better quality and a thousand times cheaper.

starsI was very disappointed with my visit to Cold Stone creamery. The employees were playing loud music with cuss words, which was very inappropriate and unprofessional. The milkshake I ordered was way too soupy and tasted like water. My wife had a bowl of ice cream and it was half melted by the time we got it. It seemed like they didn't care about the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The female working on Sunday January 14th, 2024 at the front counter was exceptionally rude. I asked a simple question about pricing after driving in frigid temperatures to come look at a cake and she was rude and laughed at me with other customers. After the week I've had its the last thing I needed. It doesn't take much effort to be kind. You never know what someone is going through. I walked out and left and will take my buisness elsewhere. I get that people are in need of workers right now but when hiring, businesses should imply kindness into their employees.

Absolutely love ? Nisa she is amazing. Makes everything for me handmade with love ? Best desserts and ice cream ? cakes in town. Midnight Delight is the best for chocolate ? lovers. I have food allergies and cannot eat at most places. This is the only place I can go for amazing desserts. Ice cream made in house and delicious. ???

5 stars for the ice cream- 1 for the service. The girl working behind the counter was incredibly rude. She couldn’t even be bothered to ask us what we wanted. She just stared at us until we said what we wanted. I couldn’t even pick up my cup because it was covered in ice cream and caramel. The only thing she said to us when we paid was “33.72.” So rude.
