Every time I go in there lately, I get ignored while other people who keep coming in after me get served. Yesterday was the third strike and needless to say, I won't be going back. I dont care about apologies, or future discounts, or whatever. This is obviously a pattern and I'm no longer interested in it.

The 3 times I have visited since opening, they're always out of something. Romaine, avocado, chicken, sprouts, etc, and there's a grocery store next door that they couldn't be bothered with going to get the items needed. Staff has been friendly, but not quick when addressing you or making your order in front of you.

I have eaten here twice now, both were app orders for myself and my daughter. Each time I came, it was a 15 to 20 minute wait even though I left a good buffer of time between ordering and picking up. And no one greets you while you’re standing there waiting for your food. It feels disorganized. However the food is good, if not overpriced.
Went there 30 minutes before they closed and they were already closed due to “lack of product”. Talked to a girl outside that also wanted in and she said “they do this almost every night”

Honestly really appalled and disappointed. How a so called “business” doesn’t accept cash payment is beyond me. Their excuse was they just don’t have cash drawers yet cause they’re a new store. But simply don’t open your business if you aren’t ready to do the bare minimum.

Wanted to try this place since, I myself make a pretty good salad and enjoy eating my vegetables. Unfortunately, disappointed, I didn't think it would be possible to mess up a salad but sadly it is lol. They forgot half the ingredients I had ordered from their recommended menu and I had to go back and ask for them... they looked at me as though I was crazy. Sad day. But I'll probably not go back since I can perfectly buy all the ingredients and throw them together myself and have multiple salads for a cheaper price ;)
