Walked in was not acknowledged, was not asked even once if I needed any help. There were 2 children working one of which dropped product on the floor, then proceeded to put in away. The one getting my cookies when asked if he needed help said yes for what I don’t know it was 4 cookies. I’m beyond not impressed I went to get my daughter the cookies as she doesn’t have the option where she lives but this is the last time. Every-time my service has been sub standard. My kid will have to find an another option with more competent employees. I’m absolutely floored the service couldn’t have been worse. I can’t even say the product is worth the money. I’m done. Hope someone gets the staff to step up….
