The best Dairy Queen in town! Highly recommended! I have been to all of the dairy Queens here in Billings and many of the other fast food places and my experience here is above and beyond! Marcel, one of the employees, greeted me with a big smile and a great personality on a day that was extremely overwhelming, unhappy, and stressful. After speaking with Marcel and giving him our order he responded with a little bit of humor that completely made my day! He took the time out of his day to make me laugh and it significantly improved my whole day! Marcel you are a very kind and thoughtful man and I'm glad that I ran into you that day! I now frequent this location often with my children and consistently have our food prepared correctly and it's always hot! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Marcel!

Just got ripped off last night by the crew there. I had 2 chicken strip boxes and one was large-sized 6 piece, and the other was regular. both boxes where regular sized WITHOUT the extra toast I ordered. the price for this order was 32$!!! I'll never go back. fast food is disappointing now, I should eat at home more.

This store is probably okay for a DQ, i just dont care for the food and the massive quantity of corn syrup that the sell is just bad for people. This store is also hard to get in and out of. I'm not a fan.

(hot sauce packet for scale) food was delicious but i ordered a large and the fries are a small at best. and what happened to the ACTUAL LARGE drink cups. this is a large blizzard cup.... are you guys shrinking everything so you can keep the price the same to match with inflation? are y'all shrinkflating? i know this is not a big deal and i'll still eat here but still. look at the material??♀️
UPDATE 15 MINUTES LATER: my dad just got back and got an actual large. but they didn't give him his card back. he had to keep going back and i felt bad for him. and they never even gave us the receipt. please stop putting teenagers on drive thru if they can't tell us the truth (last photo is the comparison)
OKAY last update since dad finally came home: he finally got the receipt and turns out, drive thru teen just lied and told us that the regular was large. we even asked "is this a large?" and he very clearly said "yes" multiple times. it's very obvious he was lying for no reason. please don't do it again❤️

I visited this DQ recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The line took about 20 minutes, which was frustrating, and I noticed the manager at the window sweeping instead of helping to speed things along. To top it off, I never received the fries that were supposed to come with my order. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.

They forgot my large blizzard. When I called them once I got home with my order no one answered. I called multiple times and they just have an answering machine saying they will call back. The app has nothing to help if you need a refund. Outdated software. Missed product. They charged me 8 dollars for an incorrect blizzard and 8 dollars again for the missed one. Very disappointing. Had this problem more than once. This will be my last time.
