I came to this Dairy Queen earlier tonight and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I submitted a mobile order before this restaurant was closed and it allowed me to confirm a come pick up of 9:16. I showed up early to try and be polite and waste as little time as possible. When I arrived, the lobby was looked and closed so I went through the drive through to pick up my food. If nothing else I was expecting to at least talk to a worker and apologize for any inconvenience. I pulled up to the window and was met with awkward glances from 3 of the workers; not one of them came to even speak with me. I sat and waited, held up my phone, and even honked to try and get attention from at least one of the employees. Not a single one even bothered to look back up at me. I left completely empty handed. I understand they were closed but it would have been nice to talk to a worker or have any sort of explanation. Only left 4 stars because food has been great in the past.

Honestly, the service was good. The young lady who served us was very cordial and helpful. I did not have any problem with the food or the service. My reservations were the pervading smell of marijuana, and the rough neighborhood surrounding the restaurant.
Come here often, as i work nearby. Typically never have issues or a need to complain but today was too much. Used napkins were put in the box of chicken tenders i got. The cheese curds were thrown in the bag, coating the whole bag in grease and therefore covering whatever the bag touched also in grease. Chicken tenders are cold like they were sitting on the counter for a long time waiting to be sold. Out of 5 ranches 1 was good, i even attempted to shake it to remix it and it is curdled to the cups. I called the store to talk to a manager and at least let them know their ranch was bad, and curdled. Manager response was a snarky “well the ranches were made today so i don’t know how that could be”. I ended up just hanging up because from the looks of it, employees and the manager would rather chat and giggle at customers thru the window than have good customer service. Most likely just wont return, after almost two years of being a regular customer. Heads up to both that manager and whoever else reads this, if a customer calls to tell you something is wrong, the right response isnt to tell the customer in turn that they are wrong. Makes the idea that high schoolers running the place isnt such a good idea, after all. Super disappointing as they are the only place i trust anymore out in lockwood. 2/10.

Came an ordered a blizzard . The person that made it put so much chocolate syrup in it tasted disgusting. If I wanted chocolate ice cream … I would have ordered it that way. I even called and they said it is just the syrup…. Really because everytime I’ve ordered a blizzard with vanilla ice cream it is white not all weird and syrupy chocolate 🤮

Stop there everyday not bad
Bro it's a different charge or rules with every visit.
Had the free cone for kids meal as an option the other day, girl said I could get a dipped cone. So I did.
Well came in today. They charged me 50¢ with the free coupon.. uh ok? Why did it change??
Also the other dairy queens in Billings allow Dilly bars as an option.
Not to mention this is the only location that charges for fry sauce .
What is the deal here? Locally owned so different rules apply?? Annoying. Won't waste my time here again.
I love coming to eat some ice cream in this store

Not the worse DQ I've ever been in but certainly not winning any awards. My biggest complaint is how absolutely filthy the place is inside. The walls, the hanging decor, the bathrooms...not a place I want to come inside and eat a meal while looking at nasty dirty hand prints all over the wall and a front door that looks like it's never seen windex. Feels like a tiny bit more effort on upper management part of delegating cleaning tasks would change this whole place up. Food and ice cream came out quick and in standard form.

I came in for a blizzard there were mixed ingredients in the first couple bites and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. The cup itself also had a hole so it melted and got everywhere, on me, in my car. I probably won’t be back, it will be worth driving the extra few minutes to the heights.
Update: attempted to call the day after as they were closed by the time I posted this and they don’t answer the phone.
If I could I would give zero stars. Went there yesterday at around 5:37pm and the child running the headset didn't finish him saying anything always cut off the headset before completing the sentence and waited 10 mins for old fries and chicken and I also ordered a side of queso cheese and I know it's old cheese. Still have it and have pictures. Blaring music in the establishment so he couldn't hear my father speak to him at all and food was old. Waiting that long and actually worked at a dairy queen I'm disappointed and honestly won't order from there again. Maybe have better management or better training. Definitely gunna report to Dairy queen corporate even though their a franchisee. Worst fast food in Lockwood and that's bad considering Burger King is bad too. Waste of money and food is old and stale.
