I came to this Dairy Queen earlier tonight and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I submitted a mobile order before this restaurant was closed and it allowed me to confirm a come pick up of 9:16. I showed up early to try and be polite and waste as little time as possible. When I arrived, the lobby was looked and closed so I went through the drive through to pick up my food. If nothing else I was expecting to at least talk to a worker and apologize for any inconvenience....
Honestly, the service was good. The young lady who served us was very cordial and helpful. I did not have any problem with the food or the service. My reservations were the pervading smell of marijuana, and the rough neighborhood surrounding the restaurant.
Not the worse DQ I've ever been in but certainly not winning any awards. My biggest complaint is how absolutely filthy the place is inside. The walls, the hanging decor, the bathrooms...not a place I want to come inside and eat a meal while looking at nasty dirty hand prints all over the wall and a front door that looks like it's never seen windex. Feels like a tiny bit more effort on upper management part of delegating cleaning tasks would change this whole place up....
