I ordered takeout and it was ready when I got there!! I had such a pleasant interaction with Krystal!!! She brought my drinks out to me so I didn’t have to make two trips, I have a disability - missing a hand.

Did not get what I paid for, multiple times. I also never get asked if I want my receipt so I can't go back and get what I paid for. Please do better.

This DQ is my fav..I love the food and the great customer service! Felipe is one of the employees that waits on me the most..this guy is excellent at helping his co workers and taking care of customers! He needs to be Employee of the Month..have a blizzard named in his honor or all of the above!

You can order triple toppings in your blizzard and STILL end up with a vanilla shake.

Ordered a blizzard to go and was handed an overfilled cup, which is fine. However when I asked for a lid so I don't get ice cream all over my car the solution was to lop off the ice cream and slap a flat lid on it causing ice cream down the sides and hand it to me. No napkin, no cleaning. Wow.
Here's a hint, instead of taking away an inch of ice cream that I paid for, invest in dome lids. I walked in rather than drive through. Place wasn't busy and 4 employees. Do better.

Just wanna say y’all killed our order tonight. And not in a good way. You forgot our daughter’s treat and banana from her kids meal. You forgot the cheese on my CHEESEburgers, which I had to put on myself at home in a microwave. Your overpriced backyard bacon RANCH burger my wife ordered had the saddest example of a serving of ranch on it we’ve ever seen. Last but not least, I missed out on over 200 reward points from this order because I wasn’t given a receipt and I’ve been saving them for something special.
