This place has the worst customer service! I rang bell like it said to and the lady chewed my head off! She said she was the only one working and had not gotten a break. This was not my fault. I had a delivery to pick up for a door dash customer! Do better

I Orderer and paid and tipped online for pick-up. Apparently just because it's available online it's not necessarily available at the store. They would not refund me would not provide me a number to call to be reimbursed. The clerk was very busy and when I tried to tell her it wasn't her fault she started to yell at me and tell me that I was making it her fault. Understaffing sucks for everyone. Worker and customer.

REALLY excellent spot to get openly ignored by the staff despite being the only customers in the establishment. And not just for a minute! The staff seems dedicated to not acknowledging your existence in any way for as long as you want to wait.
The food? Heaven only knows. They may not actually serve food; it might be some elaborate psychological experiment to see how long people will wait in awkward silence while weird music plays. I may pack a lunch and a good, long book some day, ans go back to find out for sure.

Food was great. Service was great. There is a GIANT portrait or Ronald Reagan looking over the whole dining area and that made me so sick I threw up. Any business expecting anyone to eat while a giant Ronald Reagan photo stares them down while they suffer under the waves of his influence is asking a unreasonable amount of effort from their patrons to not vomit all over the dining area.

Ordered online for the first time so got to "spin the wheel" for a discount code. After completing the order and agreeing to receive promos, I learned that my code was invalid as the order was required to be $36 or more. Plate was not very filling for $15 and they must have forgot the toast :( food and service were great as usual.

My family and I were here passing through We were craving dickies barbecue pit there were only five of us with nobody in the restaurant the Older lady that was working was extremely rude, would Hufflepuff when we gave her our order, and talked like she did not want to be there and even slamming our cups on the counter and even throwing are food at us. The last time I checked, I did not make her Clock in at her bull shit ass job, it’s not hard to scoop stuff and put it in a cup, like the coleslaw beans and mac & cheese everything‘s already prepped I used to work in the waitress industry at a lot busier places she should be embarrassed.
If you like some watery mac and cheese some slimy pulled pork this is the place for you ! Both times eating food from here have not been
