This restaurant has really turned the corner. It's so clean and efficient now, and the food is fabulous! Can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort.

I placed an order tonight through Uber eats around 7pm. Two giant bakers with meat and two kids meals and an additional side of okra. However what I received was 1 singular giant baker with meat. No bbq sauces either, and a side of loaded mashed potatoes, and a large Sweet tea. So over half of my order was missing and the items we did receive were not correct. Now mind you I immediately try resolving the issue through the app, I understand that this is no fault to Dickeys but I was only able to be refunded half my order, no redelivery options available. So I thought I would try to reach out to the establishment themselves to see if they could just make the items I was missing and I would pick it up, because my kids were upset and at this point fairly hungry. As was I. I call the store, and there was an option to press if you had issues with a third party order and so I press option three to just get a message telling me to resolve the issues in the app for the third party delivery. Frustrated I get back to the main menu of the phone tree in attempts to talk to someone, however it was absolutely fruitless. I could understand maybe they were out of certain items for my order, but nobody tried to contact me about this, and if they were out of items for over half my order why even bother confirming the order? Why wouldn’t they cancel the order, or why would they be accepting orders? I don’t know if that was the case or not, but to receive not even half of my items is completely inexcusable. Shout out to McDonald’s though, I was able to get my children fed, had amazing customer service, and we received all of our items!

1lbs Beef Brisket only costs $27 & so much meat!! I wish they can pour some tallow or au jus to moisten up a bit but that is my preference. Ranch worked well for me instead. The lady works here is amazing!! Highly recommend!!

This place is best if just avoided all together! Got there and stood in the lobby for almost 15 minutes before the guy that came in after me yelled for service. Then the manager and 2 other employees came out and right off the bat all 3 complained about not wanting to be there. They then told me the 2 Ubers I was picking up they didn’t have the food for. I called my customers one canceled the other wanted something else and it took another 20 minutes for 3 employees to make me a very simple order. I’ve ran 2 very busy restaurants and this place was dead and I was very disappointed by the service. Won’t be accepting orders there in the future

I eagerly awaited the opening of this barbecue place. It is close to where we live and my husband and I are both fans of good barbecue. I was shocked at the price. The food was outrageously expensive for such small portions, but I could have overlooked this if the barbecue was good. It was not. I have eaten barbecue all across the United States and I know good barbecue. "Low and Slow" was not the case here at all. The brisket was dry and tough, as was the barbecue chicken. The ribs were also dry and tough. This was by far the worst barbecue I have eaten in years, and after paying such a high price, I felt like we had been gypped. We will not be returning.

Customer service has a lot of room to improve. The tables were dirty. The food was good but the portions have gotten to be VERY small (like the brisket was three bites). For your money, I think you could find a better value.

First time trying this place tonight. Idk if it was just a long day for the cashier but we didn’t get the friendliest customer service. My bf and I were rushed to make an order, I asked the cashier what’s something good to try but got a blank awkward stare instead.. Food was also served to us cold.

I love dickeys bbq great food great service. I don't mind the wait sometimes because it's worth the wait. Dine in, take out, order from uber eats, I believe they even cater. They are decent priced. Even free icream cones when you are done with your meal.

Even though operator was stressed from busy morning, the meats were top-notch & service was fast. We were given free sandwich coupons which we will use in our home state of Nebraska, they have several in Omaha & Lincoln.
