I hadn't wanted to order Domino's after 2016. The pizza was always low-quality, no matter which store you ordered from.
That was til one fateful night in Idaho Falls, ID, 7/4/2021. It was a late night and Dominos was the only joint open. I chance it, and what a good choice I made. The pizza was very good.
Now, ordering from this Broadwater location, the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot when delivered. Whatever Domino's did during the pandemic to imorove their food/service, please keep that up

Drivers are excellent. Manager is horrible. Got a different pizza than what I ordered online. The manager would not replace it without charging me again. Even when she told me that they were having glitches. Totally unacceptable. The quality of pizza has gotten worse this past month as well. Will never order from here again.

Ordered online. Online said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at the store 20 minutes after ordering and was told it would be out in 2 minutes. Finally 35 minutes after placing my order it was ready. The pizza was great just wish the communication was better. The online tracker is useless.

I ordered a set of tots and a couple pastas with a gift card and was going to tip in cash as I go to try and meet them at my door the Oder was already there all sideways and the tots were unusually different when we opened it I saw the receipt and they circled the tip area and put a frowning face on the receipt. I’m sorry I didn’t have anymore on a gift card and they couldn’t knock on my door for the cash tip I had for them but that doesn’t mean they should just throw the food on the steps.

After driving most of the day to take a stray cat with a broken leg to the nearest vet set up to do bone work, my daughter and I were hungry. Domino's was close to the vet, so we made an online order and proceeded to drive to the location to pick it up.
Apparently they were out of the toppings for the tots we ordered. So my entire order was canceled.
My phone ignores all calls when Im driving. The employee that answered the phone said they tried calling 3 times. I wouldn't know. My phone stays silent for safety.
Anyhow, we were 2 minutes past close when I parked to discover the canceled order. I asked if they could or would make most of it.
Nope. To late. And sent us to Hardee's or Taco Bell. Much further out of our way, and asking for directions got 2 out of towners 2 street names we are unfamiliar with and told to use Google maps.
K. How about using customer servicethen? If someone's on their way to pick up food, chances are they're not paying attention to the phone as much as the road. And chances are much higher they're going to be much happier with most the orders if one or two things are sold out.
I used to work at a Domino's in Texas. I know they expect the staff to do way better then we were handled.

Whoever was on the crew tonight 4/5 7pm, did awesome. Generally get good quality pizza but the cuts are super off sometimes and the distribution of ingredients is just baffling on occasion. The pizza tonight was gorgeous and made super quick. Quality and speed. Good job guys.
