Will not order delivery! After a long work day out in the cold, staying in a hotel, nowhere within walking distance is open. I ordered a pizza using the online app. After an hour the tracker app still said it was under quality control. When I called they said it would be leaving soon. An hour and a half is too long to wait. Not to mention the pizza showed up cold. I will not order from this establishment ever again after having been this inconvenienced. Driver still got a tip.

Told me it would be 30 min and when I showed up 35 min later they made me wait another 20 min to get my pizza bc they had not even started on it. What annoyed me the most tho was how two 3-topping pizzas and 1 pasta cost $56 and the pizzas were sparse on toppings and cheese but heavy on the sauce which was mostly on one side of both pizzas. I could get much better pizzas for that price and not wait so long elsewhere, so I am not sure if I will ever buy a Domino's pizza again.
Parking: This Domino's has a tiny parking lots, takes twice as long to make your pizza as they say, has a very small lobby area to wait, and the staff are terse and condescending... I won't be going back, and you should reconsider going there too.

DOMINOS PIZZA, A place i have supported for decades. All across this great nation of ours, I’ve eaten at them all. I have been fairly loyal to Dominos. Dominos here in billings Montana claims it wants to give back to the community. Tonight I was in their parking lot in the rear by the dumpster completely out of anyone’s way. I was using my phone. I hadn’t been there 3 minutes when I assume it was the manager who walked up to my car and told me and I quote “You can’t park here, you have to leave” I said ok I’ll leave, started my car and left. This is exactly how you give back to the community especially those of us living in our cars who might be hungry and have pets and just want a bite to eat: dominos throws entire uneaten pizzas in their dumpsters: I’ve seen as many as 9 or 10 pizzas thrown away. I think it’s pretty unfortunate my current status dictates an unused parking spot in the rear of dominos by the dumpster is very unlikely: you will be asked to leave. Me personally if I were the manager i would have walked to my car with a pizza and offered it to the homeless man and his beloved beagle. That would be giving back to the community. But that’s the world we live in today and rather than be kind and offer to help someone we tell them to leave “you can’t park here”: I am 53 and recently laid off from Halliburton. Going through a bit of a struggle but it will all work out. DOMINOS PIZZA IM DISAPPOINTED

They burned our pizza half of it was a huge bubble with all the toppings either burnt or fallen off from the size of the bubbles in the dough I watched the cook shake her head when she seen it then shrug like oh well and cut it and box it.

I've been to all the Domino's in Billings then the one on Broadwater there's got to be the best of the bunch I've had the best luck in I just seems a good atmosphere I'll always keep going back there

The only real issue is Domino's delivery charge. I'm within a mile from the store. I have to pay the full amount like a customer who is at the farthest location within the delivery zone
