Do All The Things
My husband picked up a carry out order and dominoes forgot some of our food. No big deal. I called and said we live far so we wouldn't be driving back that day, but could you just refund what was missing? The guy said how about I add a credit under your number for your next pick up. I said that's fine. 2 weeks later we called in and said we were told there'd be a credit and wanted to place a carry out order. They were rude from the beginning stating there's no credit. So im out money for the previous order and they aren't making it right by refunding what was missing or adding a credit. Wow. Keep the $20. We won't be returning. Awful service.

If you’re going to order from Domino’s, I wouldnt recommend it. They are extremely busy, which is causing them to be extremely rude. Telling customers that their business means nothing to them! your food sits on the rack for well over 20+ minutes after it’s been completed wrong items and items not having the proper Ingredients. Garlic bites with no seasonings, just plain bread. Bad day maybe but doesn’t excuse the poor attitude. Don’t like having a food rush or helping with customers, probably shouldn’t be in that line of work.

Very Bad experience at store Domino's #7015 2750 Old Hardin Road Billings MT 59101. At about 1530 May 5th I was waiting for my order inside this store. Another customer who had been there a 1hr before me was still waiting for there order. When they did get thier order around 1540 they asked to speak with the manager to have thier pizza remade . The trainee who made the pizza did not put sauce on it. When Manager came out she automatically started to verbally cuss out the customer and call her derogatory names. Manager then called the cops when the customer requested a refund. Local sheriff's showed up. Manager continued to be biligerent to the customer and others as well as my self. Also my order was incorrect as well. As it was heated in the store I did not request it to be fixed. Staff in the store at the time of the incident was one regular employee trying to teach two trainees. While the manager was sitting down in rear of store.. Manager was also yelling and cussing at employees and sheriff's officers who responded to her call.

The Domino's store on Broadwater made the pizza the way I wanted it 2 times in a row.I recommend Domino's Pizza on Broadwater Abilene, Montana. I'll go there again definitely
