Delivery was quick, too quick. $19.99 pizza deal- 2 pizzas, Parm bites, cinnamon bites and a 2 liter of soda- both pizzas, Parm and cinnamon bites were undercooked and at a oven temp too high. The Pizza crusts requested were thin and crispy, they were not , crust of pizza was burned and the middle part of the pizzas were soft, chewy with oily, yes.They gave me a choice, 60 points or 20 percent off my next order. This has been the one and only time that has happened to me. All other times have been off quality and service. Food has always been good and I thought of their foods as always being of a higher quality and standing but after said incident, i cant say that, sorry.

I called and tried to order a deluxe pan pizza. After 25 minutes they hung up on me and my wife was sitting there for 20 minutes before they woke up and she had to reorder. I will not go there AGAIN!!!

Nice experience, since they're busy you might get some delays but doesn't mean they didn't recognize you. Good food quality no mess ups. I saw many bad reviews but please guys don't judge a book with its cover maybe the reviewers have something going on in their life and they took out their frustration here. ? try anything atleast once and judge on your own.
