Don't try to place any orders on Fridays. They're never equipped to handle it. Takes practically 2 hours to get your order.
Upon seeing my review their DM reached out multiple times and told me he refunded the order. My assumption was I would still be receiving my food but not having to pay, after waiting well over an hour, but instead the entire order was cancelled.
Highly do NOT recommend.

I'm not a Dominoes man but as far as the locations I've been to this Dominoes created one of the best experiences the restaurant chain has blessed me with.

went to this domino's to celebrate passing a test, and when we pulled up to the window to get our food we were looked at 4 times and walked by from multiple people and then we rang the button 3 times and only after calling the store to figure out what is happening finally someone came and opened the window and then he complained about doing someone else's job our food said it would be ready by 727 and it's now 741 and we are still waiting for our food... The same guy said he's on ovens and he guesses he will answer the window and do other peoples job but it doesn't look like he is doing very much by standing there side eyeing us it was such a rude awkward and disrespectful experience. it is now 745 and we just recieved our food and the guy was huffing and sighing the whole time he was handing us our food.

If I could honestly rate it zero stars I would. I stopped ordering from this location a couple of years ago because the service was so bad. I decided it had been long enough that I would try again. Well I won’t be giving them a chance ever again. My order sat in prep for 25 minutes. I arrived at the window expecting that someone must have missed a scan to be told it would be another 25 minutes. The staff at the window sated at me we a blank look when I indicated the app said 8-13 minutes. No response so I cancelled the order and cut my losses. Still very very sad.

Consistently long wait times for pick up orders up to an hour plus later than stated when you order online. Staff refusing to cancel and refund order when unable to wait an additional 45 minutes after already waiting an hour.

Not going to be a keyboard warrior here. so someone call me wrong here. Online ordered at 544 pm. Sitting here at 639 and no pizza. Young kids bickering where the pizza comes out, to be boxed. SO SEVERELY understaffed or undertrained.......... sorry kids hope you get management who wants yall to succeed with staffing or training, but wait how about both fpr a win for customers employees and owner.

The kids that work here are horrible. Save your self the biggest headache and just go somewhere else. Can't trust the kids at all. And do NOT let them say come back later for s refund, or let them get away with not canceling an order that's 2 hours wait. They will.play all the games here. Just avoid them..

I had a pickup order at their window. I then parked in their back parking lot. Just to find butter spilling out all over my seat. You would think that if you're going to hand a customer an order with so much butter, you would make sure it's bagged. I called just to be blamed by their manager over this. Treated me like I was looking for a handout. This is not okay. I can't set anything down on my seat without it absorbing grease now. You would think that they would have offered ANY kind of solution or amends. All I got was a screw you attitude from the manager, arguing about how great the wax paper is. Like it's going to stop melted butter spilling out the 2 ends of the box the way it did. They clearly do not care about their customers. I've gotten NO RESPONSE from higher management or Corporate for over a week now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
