I had ordered online for delivery ordered at 5:18 and didn't get my order until 6:15 they didn't seem busy since they answered there phone took an hour before it was put in the oven and I ordered a Memphis barbecue chicken and a 6 Wisconsin cheese lol my Memphis barbecue had no barbecue lol just chicken and cheese

Order a pizza at 5:00 pm last night. I went it to pick it up an hour later at 6:00 pm and the employee said it's not ready, so I ask if they even started making it yet and they could care less and wouldn't even check. Ended up canceling my order 15 minutes later. What a waste of time and gas. This location needs to be shut down obviously can't be manager right.

online said it would ve 15 minutes showed up 30 minutes later and the pizza was still not even in the oven was another 30 minutes till my order would have been ready. didnt even get food was such a long wait just had them cancel the order. this is the 2nd time at this location its been a bad experience.

Scheduled my order in advance like a responsible adult. Silly me—I assumed that meant my food would be ready on time. Instead, I waited over 30 minutes past my pickup time while the staff yelled at each other. Bonus: at least one of them sounded like they pre-gamed with the way they were slurring.
No apology. No urgency. Honestly, I’ve had more reliable service at gas stations at 2 a.m.

Subpar every time. Everytime items are made incorrectly or missing toppings. They can’t cut pizzas. Orders take 2+ hours, at their absolute best. Delivery drivers are usually nice.

Had a delivery order placed and only 2 things I ordered actually came….then when I opened the Mac and cheese there was not even 1 noodle in the whole container only a glob of cheese. When I called to have my order corrected the person who answered the phone kept asking over and over again what was missing and what was needed. After 30 minutes of trying to explain what we needed we were over it. Not the first bad experience I have had at this location.
