I’ve ordered 4 times now and everytime they are missing toppings that I paid for. Almost no sauce on the wings, everything was cold and soggy especially the wings. Pizza was missing jalapeños, excessive crust. Was a huge let down.

The pizza track said our pizza was in the oven and was almost done. I went in and they didn't even have it in the oven. They don't greet you right away and you stand at the counter for quite a while without someone coming up. Like saying I'll be right with you would be great.

I don't understand why a pan pizza having cheese all the way to the edge is such a difficult concept. I ordered extra cheese this time and it was still all disgustingly gobbed in the middle. A solid inch of cheese in the middle and naked edges. How about this location stops offering pan pizza if they can't make it correctly? Or better yet, actually train your damn staff!

The alarm "bell" and other ridiculously loud noises the notification system makes make it impossible to even consider sitting in there. Not sure why your employees haven't quit or destroyed your speakers yet.

I thought the upscale of this side of town would result in better service but clearly I am wrong. John “began” my order at 6:23, it’s 7:30 and THEY HAVENT STARTED MY ORDER WHATSOEVER
