11/12/24 The hostess tonight was giving very rude looks to me and my friend out to dinner. As we gave a glance back she then proceeded to go to the back and have a man come stand upfront with her, the 2 then began walking laps around us, continuing to stare. As we paid the tab to leave because we were so uncomfortable the male that she went to the back and grabbed stood at the back of the bar with his arms crossed and watched us leave. As we were walking out the door our waiter then said "I don't know why she is acting like that she has a black child." So this whole incident could have happened because my friend is native american and/or we appear to be apart of the LGBTQ+ community. Either way it was completely unnecessary and disrespectful treatment of paying customers.

Oops should have went to Texas Roadhouse Another restaurant choosing to suck after covid. Discontinued baby back ribs?? No bar, beer and wine only. Spare ribs were the only rib choice. They were tough to the point of inedible. We were offered other meat in exchange. $8 for a 16oz beer. It will be Texas Roadhouse for margaritas and delicious ribs next time.

We had another office function and had Famous Daves cater it. The food was a huge hit with everyone. The emails I exchanged with the online catering staff were many and they were so accommodating with changes. The gentleman who delivered the food was so nice and the food was amazing. Thank you!

During my recent visit, I found the behavior of some employees, particularly the bartenders and servers, to be discourteous and unprofessional. When I politely requested assistance with picking up an order, I was met with a rude response, stating it was not their responsibility to sort delivery orders. When the designated staff member eventually arrived, she shot me an irritated glance and remarked that she had no time to address the order before leaving abruptly without further explanation.
I believe that such conduct could adversely affect your business in the long run. I encourage you to focus on improving this aspect of your service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The service and products are incredible, the prices are not so high, the flavor and the movies are incredibly good
I recently visited Famous Dave’s in Billings while on a business trip, and it was a great experience. I ordered the two meat combo with brisket and pulled pork, and the barbecue was very good—perfectly smoked, tender, and great flavor.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant really adds to the overall experience. The rustic decor and relaxed vibe make it a great place to enjoy a meal, whether you’re there for business or pleasure.
To top it off, the service was exceptional. Jonathan is a pro. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was great throughout my meal.
I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Billings!
