Food was ok, not good for me to come back. Cost high.

Definitely my favorite sushi place in town. Wide variety of roll options and other dishes. While some of the more complex rolls can get pricier, they’re definitely worth the cost. If money is an issue, the cheaper rolls are great too. Normally, I order the Lobster Tempura Roll and it never disappoints!!
Their non-sushi entrees are less consistent, but honestly, if you’re not a fan of sushi, a place called Fancy Sushi probably isn’t the restaurant for you. However, the appetizers and soups are always good. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp and the hot & sour soup.
Service is always very kind and helpful. Always brightens my day to see Jimmy!!

Not the flair profiles I'm used too, sushi was great but they seem to have to big of a menu, so the others are not nearly as good.

Definitely the best sushi restaurant in Billings! I had the tempura Bento Box lunch special and it was superb. The shrimp was perfect and coated in panko bread crumbs as well as the zucchini and sweet potato. It came with California rolls, salad and steamed rice. I was very impressed with the quality of the meal and the excellent service. Jimmy was my server. Will be back without question.

Vegetarian options: If you want just vegetarian they ensure the grill is prepped for it. Very friendly there.

We're always delighted with our dining experience here. Recently we put them to the test for my daughter's birthday and they seamlessly accommodated our group of 12, serving mouthwatering dishes with impeccable presentation. To make the moment unforgettable, they played a birthday song over the sound system, made extra special with the personal touch of including my daughter's name. Of all the places to eat Asian food in Billings, this is the one I love the most. I’ve eaten here many times, and every time I leave happy.

Their food is delicious! If you get anything off their “Taste of Southeast Asia” or “Rolls”, you’re in for a fabulous meal. Their Orange Chicken, General Tso Chicken, and Mongolian Beef is to die for! As for their rolls, they are best known for their Spicy Girl Roll. I personally love their simpler Spider Roll or New York Roll. In fact some of their fancier special rolls are literal works of art! Lots of their appetizers are delicious, and I personally love both their miso and egg drop soup.

Fancy Sushi is not as pricey as other sit down Asian restaurants on average but also the portion sides are ample. They have a good lunch special if you can catch them during lunch.

I have yet to try their Korean BBQ - so can’t speak on that experience.

The ambience is relaxing. It’s not dirty and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean. The waiter that frequently is working there is lovely host. I’ve NEVER had bad customer experience from here.

I find this place is worth a good place to eat out when you wish you treat yourself, family, or friends. Love Fancy Sushi! Thank you for all the good meals and the future ones! ❤️

I went for the lunch box special. The miso soup was at perfect temperature. The lunch box came out in a timing manner. It was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent as they come back to check on you. Atmosphere is nice as you felt welcome. I was satisfied overall.

Oh my goodness! I simple adore this place! Me and my Husband have made a habit to stop by this place over the last 6-8 months or so, and I am never disappointed! They never fail to deliver amazing service. They're always really quick getting our order out, they never get me or my husband's order wrong! Add on top of that, they have a really great price for their food and I always leave this restaurant happy, and full of great food! Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy place to sit down for lunch or dinner!

This was our first experience with sushi in Billings and it was delicious! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We can recommend the mango Hawaii roll, the rainbow roll, and the dynamite roll. The service was top notch. The menu is huge and we look forward to going back to try more!
