I honestly can’t satisfy my appetite when I buy just one bowl of this AMAZING FOOD. It’s so rich, so many flavors perfectly melded together to create more than just a meal, it’s a portrait of everything food should be, depending on your individual taste and ingredients you choose. The price you have to pay will in most cases be high, being contingent on what you choose to incorporate into your custom meal. The atmosphere is satisfactory, but I find the music too loud. The service is naught to rave about, I have had experiences where they trick you into buying something that they give you the impression is free. BE CAUTIOUS when ordering at this restaurant.

You walk in and smell the amazing spices and aroma in the air. You choose a base, a protein, sauce, toppings and it comes out healthy and uniquely delicious. I ate every bite. I was told because it was my first time here I get a free fountain drink and gluten-free cheese bun which was appreciated. The atmosphere is calm and clean. This is a little gem in Billings.

I love this place and always thought of it as healthy. But what gives with eliminating all the low-calorie drink options? Now it’s only sugar-water or water. Even the tea is “sweet” now. I love the fun drink options, I just wish there was one that wasn’t half sugar / half water. Plain tea with regular water (no sugar) would be wonderful.

First time customer, we are driving through. We’ve been on the road for a few weeks now and fast food is getting real old, but we also don’t want to waste precious time in a sit down restaurant. This caught my eye for some fresh food and it surprised my expectations. This small chain could be the next Chipotle’s. I truely hope they expand. Employees were young and looked like they all worked well as a team with confidence, and some fun dancing moves while working together. Vibes were great, my three year old was loving it. I had the stew and made sure to get plantains, with the cheese bread. Wow, wow, wow! 10/10 would love to come back if I’m ever in Montana again.

Such delicious food! The meal was fabulously different from the usual burgers and pizza we get a lot of at home. The cheese buns were divine! Fantastic flavors, great portions size, and all for a reasonable price. Glad we decided to give it a try and hoping they come to northern utah!
