I stopped here for the first time recently. I would have left a review earlier, but I am a diabetic and only recently came out of my sugar coma. Since discovering Flours my insulin costs have tripled, my blood sugar levels have skyrocketed, and my glucose detection service animal has resigned and gone to live with the neighbor. Still, I will continue returning here even if it kills me.
Everything I've had is so fresh, so rich, and so delicious. My top 2 favorites are the almond chocolate croissants and the Tiramisu bars. And they have vegan brownies. Generally the only thing I care about being vegan is the lettuce and tomatoes on my hamburger, but those brownies are Flippin Delicious! I was planning on sharing photos of what I bought, but they kept getting ingested before I could remember where my phone is. You must stop in here for some fantastic baked goods, and tell them the fat trucker with little dog sent you.
I got a piece of carrot cake from st vs cafeteria and the frosting was gross buttercream 9n carrots cake not only that it was like taking a bite off a stick of butter gross what happened to cream cheese frosting plus it was 5 dollars for a slice !!!!

You guys!!! This place is amazing! She graciously helped me with a last minute birthday cake and still agreed to take the time to make it look like a tree stump. It turned out sooooo cute! While in her shop I scored a few matcha, coconut, and pistachio scones. They were the best scones I have ever had. EVER! I will be back!

We purchased a custom birthday cake for my nieces birthday and it was impeccable. The price and timing on the order was incredible, the cake was decorated beautifully, and the taste was immaculate. If I could rate higher I would.

I stopped by to try this restaurant because I read from the reviews & it actually really tasty, & great just like everyone said, although the price might be a bit expensive, it is worth it.
I hope this review leads many people to this delightful bakery. Their ham and cheese mini croissant is so good. Their cinnamon rolls and apricot scones are amazing. I honestly don’t believe enough people know about this establishment. It’s a little pricey but DEFINITELY worth it.

Amazing croissants. Buttery, light and fluffy. Without a hint of greasiness. A great indicator of quality ingredients. The chocolate croissant was delicious, and the almond was fantastic. Head and shoulders above the rest. All were good (plain, and ham and cheese) with our morning coffee.
The wedding cake of our dreams - the BEST cake in Billings!!! Flavor + texture were unsurpassed. We ordered a three tiered cake with carrot, chocolate, and almond/huckleberry layers and vanilla buttercream - delicious! Jacquie perfectly captured my vision for the vintage piping and added flowers upon delivery for the dreamiest final touch. The team was a delight to work with - so helpful and kind both at the bakery and over email. Our family and friends LOVED this cake! I am a home baker who is picky about baked goods and quality ingredients, and this is the real deal. We have also had many of their other pastries and every one is must try!
