I understand people's frustration with the tops of bread coming off,we use machines from the old days(1970) so we work as hard as we can to make sure bread is of good qualityq( fighting a machine from 1970 is not a easy task)!! I promise you the amount of detail and energy we use to make are customers happy is next to none! When u buy Franz bread you support a true Montana bizznesz and I am glad people spend there hard earned money on a product we make here in billings

The last 5 loafs of your nine grain bread have been terrible. You can't pull a slice out , the top half stays in the bag. For over $3.00 a loaf, I expect decent bread. .
