Got to stop by and try out Guadalajara while visiting billings Montana. Coming from Texas, I had my reservations about how they would prepare the mexican cuisine, but to my shock, the sweet tea to the enchiladas and guacamole was fantastic. Our server Terra was extremely helpful and always accommodating to our request and questions. If you have an opportunity to visit, it is definitely worth a visit.

The taquitos are scrumptious and delectable. I would recommend them to everyone seeing as how absolutely amazing they are. The chimichangas are good but not as good as the taquitos. The salsa they give you with chips before the meal is good. The salsa is a bit hot but that’s a a matter of opinion I believe. The service is usually pretty good.

As someone who has been in management at multiple local establishments, I would be absolutely horrified if my team acted the way I witnessed this team act this evening. From being on cellphones on the floor, to drinking Starbucks and redbulls at a dining table, and everything in between. Filthy floors, filthy tables, horrid wait times, no paper towels in bathroom, broken toilet, and employees sitting around talking at another table while also waiting tables, this place is a dive. I have been a Guadalajara customer for years and this could be the end of my support for this establishment. This team made this company look like complete fools. I can only hope the owners see this and take the right steps in ensuring this gets resolved. I am embarrassed for the company.

My husband and I just got home. I can't say enough about the kindness shown to us--my husband is disabled and they did everything possible to make things comfy for him. The food was amazing! So much flavor. What a wonderful, family friendly place to dine out.

Absolutely a nightmare! Food was horrible! Old and dry and bland! Waitress was in over her head and couldn't get her attention for anything. Never again. Only went cause it was open on Monday and the one in the heights wasn't! Next time I drove 90 miles on Monday I will never go to this one again!
Food was absolutely repulsive. Never thought a restaurant could mess up on a taco! The tortillas for the tacos were cover in some type of sauce. Seemed like enchilada sauce, don’t know didn’t taste it but my husband did and chose to only eat the meat from the taco. Rice was old and dry and the meat from the Chile Colorado was flavorless, dry, and burnt. Worst $59 spend for non of us to eat what was served to us.

Waited an hour and a half for our food. While there was hardly any customers in the restaurant. Then when we got it most of it was good but there was food that tasted and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Food was dry and old. Bartender was great drinks were amazing but couldn’t not stand the wait by the time my food got to the table I wasn’t even hungry anymore
