Came in Sun. The chick tender were like rubber, curly fires were cold. Called and they said they would remake it just to stop in after 4pm. I ended up getting really sick and throwing up Mon. morning. Came back in Wen. Night the chicken was lamplighter warm something wrong with the geese. The curly fries were hot. The breading was of the chicken was light but not crispy. I finally just asked for a burger. The burger I inspected and it was ok with Curley fries. Still never got my drink, So I went somewhere else and bought one.Probably won’t be back for awhile.

Employee was rude. Ordered through the app. Not all items listed. Sat to wait for my order to be completed. Was asked 2x to order or to get out. I told her both times i ordered. Finally had to go to the counter to confront waiting for my order. She claimed again nothing was put in and asked my order. I read out my order and all my items were just sitting on the back counter. If my order wasnt put in then why are all my items made and ready? She then tried to turn and fake be the nicest person after she realized she was wrong. Then while packing my food a guy walked in asking for the door code to the bathroom. No food order. So why is that allowed but constantly threatening me to order food or leave was thrown my way. Also 3 other people in resturant and 1 with no food in front of them, not sure if they finished or didnt order at all but nothing was said there. Crazy flip flop reactions and she wondered why i was getting pissed off. The "have a nice day" condescending tone of fake positivity as i left was laughable.

I was hungry so I stopped in for a late lunch. I went in and was greeted (after a few minutes) with "what do you want?"
Is that seriously how you greet customers? 🙄
I NEVER come to Hardee's, and this experience today sealed the deal that I will probably never be back either.

If you want people to eat at your restaurant, your employees probably shouldn’t act completely disgusted that customers are walking in the door. People who can’t greet other people and are put off by customers shouldn’t work in customer service. I don’t want someone cooking my food if they can’t be bothered to act decent in general. I didn’t even eat, didn’t want to bother the obviously irritated work force.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Here's a pro tip: NEVER EVER YELL AT A CUSTOMER IN THE DRIVE THRU! IT SHOULD NEVER, EVER HAPPEN! END OF DISCUSSION! Also, a clock reading lesson might benefit the employees here. I will NEVER come here again. There are many other places I can spend my money at.
Update: so what they call the management decided to call me 3 days after the incident happened. I expected somebody to speak to me that day or at least the next day, but since Hardee's is such a failure they had to get to it 3 days later. I will never set foot in a Hardee's or Carl's Junior location again. And here's a pro tip: don't hire convicted felons for employees anf expect your place not to be a ghetto restaurant. One of their employees 2 years ago already tried to take my debit card number and use it so why should anybody trust this restaurant with anything? Why is this place still even open if all they're going to do is steal people's card numbers and yell at them out the window? Oh, and by the way breakfast still starts at 10:30, not 10:25 in the morning. Perhaps you should teach people how to read a clock. That's not too difficult. Also, I asked for the corporate office in Tennessee to call me instead of a flunky from Montana . If this would have been handled the next day I would have handled it in Montana. But since the district manager is a complete and utter failure at customer service I requested the corporate office to call me and instead a 406 number called me. That is Montana not Tennessee. Only a corporate office member from Tennessee is qualified to deal with this complaint since Montana had the chance to deal with it and they failed to do so.

My husband ate here 11/10/24 traveling on his way back home to Great Falls around 12 pm and got FOOD POISONING! He had the hot ham and cheese meal. About an hour after he had his meal he started to not feel great. By the time he got back home to Great Falls he was really starting to get sick, sweating, nausea, etc. By 9:00 that night he was full blown sick with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills. Went to the doctor this morning 11/11/24 and confirmed food poisoning. Absolutely not ok! Called the establishment to let them know. The female on the phone was rude and short. Husband also said the establishment was gross, dirty, and unkempt!

Fried chicken was much better than expected in terms of taste and juiciness , burgers were average, swiss mushrom was a little smaller than expected but overall it was a good choice of restaurant

The issue is I was given a code and I misheard the code and entered four times then went back to the counter, they give me the code again, tried to enter it and an alarm went off. Manager got involved give me the code to the womens bathroom and i told her i need the code to the mens bathroom but it is alarming and she give me an attitude like I was suppose to know how to use the code. She then said its not gonna work for 5 mins , go use the bathroom on the store across the street and she walk away like she has more important things to do with an attitude. I will never go back there again. Where we come from there is no code to get in the bathrooms, you just walk in. The workers was great but the manager suck .
