This place has great food with great service. It's nothing fancy but it's better than any fancy restaurant I would go to.

Food is absolutely phenomenal, I was traveling across the country and we needed food after 10 hours of driving, You get what you pay for. It may not look like much when you walk in. But the food hit every spot possible in my belly. My husband and I were starving, they listened to the order subbed what was needed (food allergies) and if you walk out hungry this is on you. Sometimes you get surprised from the holes in the wall. Must stop when traveling. I would give 10 stars. The waitress was very attentive and the food was a 10 out of 10. This is definetly a family friendly stop

Hitt's takes me back to my childhood when I would go to the local sale barn with my father. Hearty and tasty diner food served to please the visiting ranchers, farmers and cattlemen coming to buy and sell livestock, or just to be social. No pretense. Just good diner food among salt-of-the-earth folk.

After driving 30 minutes so i could order breakfast. I arrived at 11:04 and was told only lunch was available to order. I understand i was 4 minutes late, but i also don't believe it would have been an inconvenience to allow a breakfast order. Why pass up on a paying customer who would have surely returned in the future?

What a hidden gem tucked away in Lockwood Montana! I have never had a better sandwich, fresher fries, my melt was phenomenal! Hot warm gooey golden perfection, I will definitely be returning and recommending to all of my friends. If you're willing to take a chance on a little hidden gem give this one a shot!

This place is really good, found out about it from a friend and not sure how/why I had never been here before. The food is great and the staff are always friendly and even are able to remember parts of your prior orders even if it's been a while since you've been there. I recommend this place to anyone that just wants a good homestyle meal with non of the pretentiousness.
