I didn't get to try their food because their service is disappointing. Their hours say they are open until 8:30. I called 10 minutes before and ask if I could order pick up. They had already closed their kitchen down. So order by 8 or you are out of luck.

This place is just a fraction of the taste and quality it once had. It’s been a few years since my last visit and unfortunately the experience has really gone downhill. The ramen was straight-up bland and the chicken looked like it had been boiled. The fried sushi roll was barely fried, but we still ate it since we were hungry. The service was mediocre at best. Overall, this restaurant feels like a shadow of its former glory. Very flavorless.

Great lunch at Hokkaido Ramen! We enjoyed three different Ramen bowls and the Sesame Balls. The service was top notch!

Food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. Server went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed and took care of our request for refills promptly. This is one of our favorite places to eat. We can always count on a good experience. 😊

Sake served cold and we were not asked whether we wanted it hot or cold.
Server would not talk to us. Just stood in front of us waiting with a blind look on their face.
Food served out of order.
1 entree came first.
Then drinks.
Then the appetizer.
Finally my partners entree at the end.
VERY POOR service.
This is my 2nd and last bad experience here.

The owner works there every day, really nice guy he has an amazing memory he remembered what i had last time i was there after months of not going, same with my mom and brother. food tastes amazing and great environment, one of the walls is a huge Japanese style painting

I love this place. Whenever I think about eating out or having a meal before/after a movie I immediately choose to go here. The service is fantastic and the people who work there are super friendly, It has a very warm and welcome atmosphere, and the food is to die for (my favorites are their Spicy Beef Ramen and Bozeman Roll). I highly recommend this place for a good time and good food.
