Good cookies. The young lady helping us was very friendly. The cookies looked good and tasted great. The place is clean and a nice place to stop for a treat. Love it.

The girl helping was nice. No problem with customer service but sugar cookie was dry and not good. Wasn’t a fan of any of the favors we tried…just too dry and not impressive. Can make better cookies at home.

Billings Mt Mall 3/23/2024Shopping with grandaughter.Had to come by 3 times becauseFront end was unattended.Finally young man came out .2 scoops of icecream were 1/2 scoops at most for 3.95.Won't go there again!

Me and my fiance went to hot mess cookie today. Not only were they extremely friendly but the cookies were amazing. I had the peppermint oreo it was so delicious. Thank you ladies. Definitely will be coming back.

My husband randomly brought me cookies at work from here yesterday. Oh my goodness I had a pumpkin and an Oreo cookie and they were phenomenal! Flavors were balanced beautifully. I’ll definitely be back myself!

The gal who helped me was really nice and friendly! The cookies are a bit spendy but they are big and absolutely homemade. I shared a few with friends and everyone loved them. I will be going back for more in the future. PS ..they are by cinnabon in the mall ahaha took me a bit to find them
