I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Uncooked food are was was a mess, regular noodles mixed in with my rice noodles. The counters were filthy. Little pieces of ham left out on the counters. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive and said they were short-staffed. This is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety and hygiene. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they make significant changes to their practices. Additionally, we paid $15 per meal, and they wanted to charge us $6 for a to-go box for my daughter's leftovers. I refused to pay extra for her leftovers, as I had already paid for her meal. This policy is ridiculous. We weren't trying to abuse the 'all you can eat' buffet – we each made one plate and wanted to take the leftovers home. I ate all of my food, and we've never gone back for seconds.
I did get ours and take them to go but the selections were there, however I was shocked that the meat was frozen and not fresh, as has been my experience in other Mongolian grill restaurants. The taste was still good but I have definitely had better quality from other Mongolian grill restaurants for lower prices. I think they definitely are overpriced!!
My granddaughter has food allergies, these folks were so accommodating, that I felt it tugging at my heartstrings. We are traveling across the country and these people made us feel welcome. What a wonderful experience. Healthy food, great staff and they showed us that they care. Thank you so much.
I love the food here and I love how if you join the rewards you can earn free meals easily and regularly even if you don't visit all of the time.
We have eaten at a Hu Hot before, but this is the first time we have eaten at this location. The grill staff was amazing and are engaging with the customers. My wife and I enjoyed cooking the food as we got to interact with the cooks! One cook said he LOVES his job cooking! We were excited about eating here and loved the atmosphere.
Hostess was nice and friendly. Food was good, but just not as good as I remember. GF didn't seem to like any of her food. Mine was OK but nothing to write home about. Interior looks a bit dated and they didnt have enough staff to clean up very well.
The place was super short staffed which isn't their fault. The food was so-so not as much selection as normal and the place was not very clean. On the bright side you get a free ice cream cone.
It was the busiest I've ever seen. The cooks were working very hard and kept the line moving.

I do love eating here. It's one of my faves. The price with drink increased to $25, which I think is pretty outrageous for what you get (grab your own utensils, stand in line to assemble your own food, stand in line to get it cooked, etc) but I will keep going back. If you don't like crowds, go before 5. It seems to stay pretty slammed until at least 8pm.

I've been to this location many times over several years. Though I've never experienced anything truly unpleasant, some days are better than others. About the only variables are with service or selection.

Always has a calm atmosphere and with the thousands of ingredient combinations you can pick there is always something for everyone.
Vegetarian options: You pick your own ingredients, so you can skip the meat. They have about 16 different vegetables and 6 choices for rice and noodles to choose from that are all Vegetarian friendly.
Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies to specific ingredients that they offer, tell the chef when you get up to the grill and they will sanitize a grill spot and set up a barrier around the area they cook your food so that there is no chance of contamination.
Parking: The building shares parking with a hotel and Texas Roadhouse so the parking can get a little tight at peak hours but very rarely does the area completely run out of parking.
Kid-friendliness: while the food is kid friendly it is recommended that an adult goes through the line with kids to make sure they get the required amount of sauce added to the bowl so that it doesn't burn on the grill
Wheelchair accessibility: the building is wheelchair accessible, and they have 4 tables that are situated in a location that a wheelchair can be parked at the end of the table

It was good food with a great selection of proteins and veggies. Service was fine and the restaurant decor was funky but fun.
