Took 15 mins before anyone greeted us at our table. Drinks took another 30 minutes. Food was out an hour later. Ridiculously slow service and destroy checked in on. Busy I get it but do better to let your customers know.

Jake's was a great choice for me and my friend to have Valentine's Day lunch. We appreciated the low noise level which allowed us to talk and laugh as we ate. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere lovely. The wait staff were friendly, timely, and overall, the service was excellent. We loved the wontons, sandwiches, and fish and chips. You can't skip the desserts! They were creative and indulgent! We plan to return soon.

We recently celebrated my mom's 60th surprise birthday party here. We were able to reserve The Spur Room and it was perfect! Set the mood just right and was nice and private for the family. Service was top notch! Our waitress was busting her butt, not only for us, but the rest of her tables too. The food was UH-MAZING! It was such a pleasant time. My mom had a wonderful time and left with a very full and happy tummy! Thanks to the staff for everything!

We had the pleasure my large family to go to dinner at Jake’s n be served by Bri who was out of this world amazing services all around. Bri was so sweet n kind to serve my family of 13. She was very attentive and went up n beyond to make our family dinners out on of the bests. We absolutely love the private room, we Italian tend to get loud when we talk. LOL! The private room is so fabulous, inviting and very spacious.
The Oscar Chicken - the crab was huge thank God I shared with my sis. It came with two huge breaded chicken pounded breasts smothered with mushroom and artichokes. Mash potatoes were so cream n flavorful.
Blackened prime rib was awesome my brother shared some with family members with salads. Soooo good!
Some of the family got a huge slice of mud pie. They loved it. It was a perfect way to end the perfect family dinner evening.

I recently hosted a gathering at Jake's Bar and Grill for a group of 25 people, and while the food was good, our experience was marred by some frustrating limitations.
When making the reservation, we were informed that we needed to pre-order from just four menu options due to the size of our group. This felt overly restrictive, especially given the restaurant's ample seating and the fact that accommodating 25 people is akin to serving five smaller tables.
To add to our disappointment, we were unable to order appetizers or desserts, which made the experience feel more like a catered event than a dining experience. It was disheartening to miss out on the full menu offerings, especially since the food we did have was genuinely good.
While I appreciate the challenges of managing large groups, the strict rules around our reservation left a lot to be desired. If you're considering a large gathering here, be prepared for limitations that may not align with your expectations for a restaurant experience.
