Best sandwich shop in town!

We spent the afternoon shopping in Billibgs yesterday and ended up eating at Jersey mikes for dinner. The food was fabulous, fresh bread and the meat for our sandwich was sliced in front of us! But the service is why I’m writing the review, Evan greeted us with genuine kindness. His attention to detail and service was spot on. After many interactions with other shop employees in Billibgs Evan was the star! I appreciated his stories and efforts to connect with each customer, asking “how was your day”…I watched him interact with his coworkers kindly and clearly. Most of all my 12 year old son observed his outstanding efforts and it made an impact on him. Thank you Evan and jersey mikes! Keep up the good work!

This jersey mikes is awesome! I sent my step-mom to do some running around for me on my birthday because i’m sick and an amazing guy gave her my sandwich for free! it really made my birthday bright when im by myself! THANK YOU!

“Not accepting orders until noon”… ok I’ll go somewhere else.

Well that was a disaster. Five people working, three people in line and it took 45 minutes for them to complete a one sandwich order because they guy in front of me wanted avocado on his sandwich and they ran out. Four employees go in the back room to make the avocado. They were gone for 10 minutes leaving the novice at the counter. Poor kid couldn't figure out that he could make the sandwiches behind the avocado guy's order. We all waited and waited...one lady got her order the kid started to ring her up then walked away without taking her payment. Assistant manager finally comes out takes an order from the guy behind me in line and directs him to go to the front of the line to pay for his order. Poor kid on the line just backs another sandwich behind the four that are already in line. Someone needs to train this crew. Assistant manager is singing "I think I can fly" and she can't even make a sandwich..starts slicing ham and cheeee for the next order and we wait for the avocado from the back room.

It was really messy and the guy at the register was paying zero attention to the customers and had to keep getting his attention to try and cash out. He didn’t know how to run the system. The guy making the sandwich was nice but kept touching the apron and then the food. The the bacon crumbs that fell on the counter he still used in the sandwich instead of getting fresh bacon

We had a catering order for our staff and Kieran took such good care of us-even making sure we had a gluten free option and an option with only salad and meat (no carbs). She even took the time to deliver our order-totally unexpected and so kind!! We love Jersey Mike’s! Thank you!!
