Went in for the first time and didn't quite have enough for a sandwich and one of the employees covered what I couldn't. Will definitely be back!! Excellent and friendly service with fresh sandwiches!!

We really enjoy the sandwiches & the staff is always excellent. However, the gal with long hair is too loud for the place. I like her enthusiasm but she drowns out the rest of the staff which makes it an unpleasant experience. Please visit with her about toning down her voice. She's good but she doesn't need to drown everyone else who also work there.

I ordered online and picked up my sandwich. When I got home, the wrapping paper for the sandwich was soggy. So that means my sandwich was soggy It had so much oil and vinegar on it. The bread was saturated. I will be going to Jimmy John’s next time.

It took forever for someone to help me, and there were 3 people behind the counter. When they finally did, it took FOREVER to make a turkey sandwich. The one guy had to do like 50 things in between making my sandwich, and none of the other two could help other than watch him and carry on a conversation among themselves. It was a good sandwich but not worth my time of waiting. Won't be back unfortunately.

Consistently the slowest service & the longest lines. The food is great but this often stops me from coming here.

I was waiting and another gentleman came to wait and said “do you want a drink while you wait” and I wasn’t offered that either. Put a bad taste in my mouth.

Did a mobile order and didn’t start making it for 30 min. Disappointed. I was waiting while they got through the whole queue twice if not three times before I got my order.

Also this lady must be new but she was so loud and was causing a scene in the backs
