This is one of the BEST run Jersey Mikes that I have been to! They are always friendly, quick, and consistent. They are professional and it is always clean. The workers all have a positive attitude so much that if I lived in Billings I would want to work there. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!

Ordered online came to pick up at time it was spose to be ready they hadn't even started my order yet. I get its gluten free but my place in line shouldn't get pushed back because of the way its prepared. I even tipped I definitely won't so that again I will have had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich.

The food was good. They left a work phone at an empty table and they had employees sitting at another table, which seemed odd. Customer service was ok. It was a little pricey though. Over $40 for one full sandwich and a half sandwich, plus drink and chip.

Sandwich was good. But was creeped out when I noticed the person that made my sandwich was also handling money and customer's cards with changing gloves or washing their hands. I'm hoping it was a one-off. Not sure if I'll be back because of it. We'll see.

Usually they're decent here but it doesn't fail that if you order for pickup something will not be right. We eat here because of celiacs and lactose intolerance. Despite clicking the no cheese boxes and typing in the extras section no cheese, a $20 sandwich was inedible due to melted cheese and of course we didn't know until we drove 20 minutes home. So just make sure you don't waste $20 and just order inside where you can watch them make your food.
