I ordered #56, Big Kahuna Cheese Steak tonight (11/13/25 and customized it by deleting jalapeño peppers. When I picked up my order, I asked if there was any jalapeños on the sandwich and the young lady said there shouldn’t be. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I found that it indeed had jalapeño peppers in it. This is the second time this has happened with the same order. So apparently, employees are not reading the order ticket! All they see is the sandwich requested and make it with what normally goes with that sandwich. Luckily I’m not allergic to jalapeño peppers, but I don’t like spicy foods and having to put the sandwich on a plate and dissecting the sandwich with a knife and fork to remove all the jalapeño peppers out of the sandwich is not something a customer should have to do! I use to order the chicken portobello mushroom sub but you took it off the menu. I asked one of your employees when I was there to pick up a order if the sandwich would be coming back on the menu and he said no because cooks were’nt making it right so they just took it off the menu. With being told that and my not wanting jalapeño peppers, but getting them tells me there is a training issue at Jersey Mikes. Do better or lose a long time customer. Thank you, Mark G.

Wow so delicious! Wish we had this chain in Canada. I was amazing by the fresh sliced meat and cheese. The store was very clean and welcoming.
My husband and I shared a giant California club done Mikes way and they knocked it out of the park.

Just left, haven't eaten my sandwich yet but can I just say how the customer service was not it. They wrapped our sandwiches without asking if we wanted any veggies and the girl who gave it to us was so rude about it that we just took our order and left. The cook looked mad he had such a big order (we spent $100) and the one who took our order looked exasperated. I'm sure the sandwich is good but service was not, I'm now on my way to pick up sandwich veggies.

This girls working the night of 3-27 should be talked to about their job responsibilities and making a sandwich that was ordered. How hard is it to make tuna fish . Lazy workers expect a tip for crap service!

When I came to get my pick up order I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My order was on the shelf and I could see it but I was trying to be courteous and wait for a crew member to hand it to me like the sign asks. 3 other people walked in and were helped before me even though I had been standing there the entire time. When the girl finally asked me what the name on the order I was picking up when I told her she handed me the bag without saying anything else. The food is pretty good but the customer service is poor.
