We waited 30 minutes after we'd ordered and paid for our food just to learn that they hadn't even started it yet. Their excuse was "we had a big order" And the guy who had the big order was there still waiting cuz his food was supposed to have been done at 1215, and they hadnt even started the order til we got there at 1225... All 4 employees working on one station at a time prioritizing one sandwich at a time, slowing down the process even more. Manager and employees were incompetent and dont know how a line cook works. 1 person does one job and moves to the next person. Instead everyone would pile into one spot, bicker and get absolutely nothing done at all. Got a refund and cancelled my order. Incompetence doesn't deserve to be paid.

They really don’t need to douse the entire sandwich in red wine vinegar and oil so much that it’s soggy when I get home with it. It’s like this every time I get the Italian and I’m probably done getting sandwiches from here

Went in with my grandsons we where using coupons .they each had oe that said buy a sub and get a drink an chips free. Ine said big one get one sub free. Got my grandsons then order mine ordered mine they got their's me I pay for it all and got cheated out of my other reg. Sandwich so I paid for 4 sandwiches and only got 3 When I ask them about it he basic said I was wrong and I got all my food .I showed him but he refused to fix the order.. So I won't be returning to there again an warn people about your practices

Slowest sandwich service I have ever had in my life. Now I'm usually very patient and never put in a review but I really had to this time. The people were nice but I had been standing in that line for 25 mins and for half of it my sandwich was all made and done on the side.

When i got there, there was a hobo sleeping on the table. It grossed me out! The service was ok. They didn’t really talk to me though. The sandwich i got was absolutely disgusting and i’m never getting it again actually never coming here again. There was a bunch of stuff on the ground including a dirty sock like come on janitors do your job!

Standing in line when I placed a order for a giant sandwich to only be cut in half and the lady making the sandwich said ok then proceeded to only give me half the sandwich and then look at me when I brought it to her attention that I didn’t tell her when I did and then cut the sandwich in half as well and then place the blame on me for not telling them even tho I said it 3 times definitely won’t be coming back there again
I was waiting on my time to get my hair cut next door. Lunch was great all the employees were amazing. Keep up the great work. I will be back when I am in town.

First time at a Jersey Mikes. I thought my Big Kahuna was great! The ordering process was a little goofy. Theyre going for an old school handwritten ticket vibe but its a franchise so thats unauthentic and stupid. Other than that i would return

I'm scoring 2 stars instead of 1 because usually this location is spot on, but this was not the case this time around. Alexis built my sandwich and I'm super disappointed that she was tasked with sandwich making today. Not even close to the amount of steak I'm use to and almost no Chipotle sauce. When I asked for a side of it, she let me know that the mobile order she was working on was more important and so it would have to wait. Also, my order is always 13 bucks and some change.. today it was over $14. I wouldn't question it if I hadn't paid the 13 and change just yesterday.
