“Freaky Slow” as opposed to the competitor who is “Freaky Fast”. I order in the afternoon, there is never anyone there, and yet I am always told that I will need to wait.. wait on who? The zero other customers who are in line? I’m still pondering that statement as I continue to wait for the food that I have ordered.. I will no longer be tipping until the completion of the transaction to hopefully prevent this issue. My tip reflects the level of service provided.

Tried the new SW Cheesesteak sub. Very good! 9/10. Added some flavor highlights to the standard Cheesesteak. Store was clean and staff was friendly even though only 15 minutes from closing.
