That fast??? It's Feb 18th. Ordered the number 14 sub. I see a table probably 20 ft from the counter. Before I even got to sit my sub was ready..... ready before I was lol. That was fast. And taste fresh. Like they slice there own meat that day fresh. Good job downtown Crew.

Sign says open at 10:30 and the door was locked called at 10:35 and asked if they were open and was told a few minutes. 25 minutes later they still haven’t opened the door.

I love Jimmy John’s but I’ve went to this location two times and the guy working the counter is super grouchy. He makes it seem like it’s an inconvenience to put your order in. I don’t suggest going there. The guy that was bagging the sandwiches was kind thankfully and the older gentlemen in there was also. 11 AM 8-5-2024

Perfect corner location. Very cool & fun decor. Impressive workers. Enjoyed my first experience at their location.

Dietary restrictions: menu includes tuna, although that contains soy, they can make each sandwich/wrap using lettuce instead of bread. Wraps are wheat based nonetheless.

Kid-friendliness: clean atmosphere with outdoor seating.

When I had called in they answered and I said hello, then was hung up on and when questioned about being hung up on they said they had to because no one answered within 10 mins and I said I said hello. So I asked for a manager explained the situation and he laughed at me on the phone. I will not be doing business with this or any jimmy johns going forward. The poor customer service skills and the behaviors are not good for customer service.

In town for an event at the Double Tree Short breaks. Needed to be take out. Most nearby places didn't have take out available. JJs opened early and let a line of us in and feed everyone.

I ordered the beach club no cucumber and got bread cheese and meat. Called and told about error. And was given the manager to be told to look at the sandwich to check if I was not seeing what was supposed to get. I told him i wanted what I ordered and he said if u r having a bad day he needs to get the sandwich back to prove me wrong. I will never order from this place ever. Thank uanager

Well didn't have high hopes when i went in and it smelled like a cats litter box. I mean it stank, but against my better judgement we ordered since i was in the area and wanted a sandwich. Then when we made it home we realized that the sandwiches we requested and paid for must have been just a suggestion and they made what they wanted. 1 of the sandwiches was a giant Vito NO TOMATOES!! Thats what I ordered. What I got was a giant lettuce, cucumber, tomato sandwich with so little meat we had to remove the tomatos and half the lettuce to see that it was turkey. I am not kidding. There were tomatoes stacked on top of tomatoes then they added extra tomatoes just for added ??.By the time we picked all the tomatoes off you could taste tomato juice mixed with lettuce, mayo and bread. That's all.Needless to say I will never go back to that one again.

I work at a fast food restaurant that I've been at 13 years and at least once to twice a week my entire crew order sandwiches from Jimmy John's to have delivered like six sandwiches. The one was wrong. The driver took it back, came back. I opened it up and it was still wrong but we didn't keep it. We didn't ask our food replaced. We didn't ask her no money. It's whatever you get a sandwich last night and was super soggy so I just called and let him know I didn't want no money back. So today we called because all seven of the employees here wanted Jimmy John's and they told us they are not delivering to our business. No more that they're not going to give their service to our business, which means no one that's here while they're at work. Can order food from them. Pretty much blacklisted us and when I call them talk to him. Complaints of things are wrong. I work and fast food. I know people with orders get messed up. We fix it and just move on but to refuse to send an order to a business. Because of that he's crazy. So then we have to have somebody else order it, pay for it and have someone pick it up so we could eat and we get it. And the one sandwiches we're not complaining. I'm saying is you know everybody makes mistakes. Sometimes sandwiches are screwed up. Sometimes our food screwed up but if no excuse to be treated the way we got treated by the company by the business, no reason at all that they can't no longer you know. Send food to this address which is a business. I understand. It's really crazy cuz that's about $140 a week. I tried to talk to a manager and he said it was a manager and then put me in hold. Talk to another manager he's like. Yeah, we're just had too many complaints about our sandwiches not being Iright so we're just decided not to sell to that business. I have never heard about that in my entire life. Once again. Everybody makes a steak. Everyone messes up in order from time to time. Nobody asked for a refund. No one asked me if that food replaced. They were just letting them know hey this was missing or this was missing. Like tonight we're missing tomatoes. What are we complaining no I would like to be contacted by the general manager or the corporate office
