I am not happy with my last order from this jimmy John's. The sandwich I ordered was made incorrectly and the chips that I ordered did not come with my meal when it got delivered.

This shop is just up the street from our friend’s place. It took over 20 minutes to get our order for 4. It was hardly “freaky fast”. I ordered the tuna which I ordered frequently in Kalispell, MT. The tuna was always freshly made daily with a great flavor. Not this one. There was no flavor. The freshness was questionable. Having been woken up at 6 AM the morning after with a gurgling gut and emergent situation, the question is, was it the tuna, the lack of cleanliness of the facility or did the employee not follow sanitary protocol? Being in the elder category I won’t be taking a chance again of potential gastro illness as result of this establishment.

Jimmy John's used to do good they need to do better I ordered the new hot ultimate Italian he didn't put the ham or the parmesan cheese on my sandwich only the capicola salami bacon and provolone they acted like you were asking them to make something difficult I asked for extra mayo which they did not put on so I just grabbed a couple extra mail packets no big deal then I ordered it to go the guy slammed my sandwich on top of the counter and said there you go didn't ask if I needed a bag or wanted a bag or then when I did he just threw the bag at me so we'll have a good day he said you too horrible customer service and you would think for a $15 sandwich they wouldn't short you on the meat and cheese that is supposed to be on it and be rude to you especially when you leave a tip

BY FAR THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! KICKS ALL the other locations out of the water! I Always get exactly what I say.Extra extra cucumbers ect... Friendliest staff by far! I come to this location regularly the way from park city because the guys & gals are so friendly, the fastist!! & Competent lol! I hope the BOSS sees this & give them boys a raise that worked today 9/18/24! Great job!

This place sucks at this location workers add extra ingredients to your sandwich and I’m pretty sure they don’t clean they’re work area because me n my family got food poisoning and jimmy johns should be thankful I rate them and let them know instead of suing them
