I order to have delivered when I forget my lunches and they have continued to bring me happiness in a bag! My delivery driver always texts to let me know when he drops off my order and is super friendly when I do meet them at the door when I can.

This place sucks at this location workers add extra ingredients to your sandwich and I’m pretty sure they don’t clean they’re work area because me n my family got food poisoning and jimmy johns should be thankful I rate them and let them know instead of suing

Every time I order from this location they always forget something! This time they forgot the chips and still get charged for everything it’s annoying. I would not recommend their delivery service from this location. The one downtown is great.

Bummed-order off!I ordered a turkey unwich with tomatoes but no mayonnaise.And then ordered another turkey but it’s with the avocado spread. #12There was no one in the restaurant, so no pressure. But they got the order completely wrong. And of course we drove away and got home and were so disappointed.I just don’t get it. Making a sandwich is not complicated. Get it right!

Just talked to the manager Garrett, I’m keeping my receipt and dating it with your name, I better be credited 67.10 sense you’re able to not refund and screw up every sandwich and take an hour and a half and tell me oh I find it hard to believe that happens, if I’m not credited next time I come in or it’s missing I’m going to file a lawsuit because I’ve take photos of the sandwiches, this was not freaky fast, not freaky affordable or freaky impressive. Nor were the last three times, I hope you actually credit me like you say, don’t take jimmy johns and run their name in the dirt. Summer is going to be way faster yall better get prepared. Here’s my proof bud. So you can’t Gip me.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. I have never in my 70 years seen a single piece of ham cut as thin as what they served. I could actually see through it. And just one slice with a similar piece of cheese. Not worth what they charged. And of course they wrap and seal it up so you don't see it till you get home.

Jimmy John's has great sandwiches but they really let me down. I went into the store on 24th Street in Billings and ordered a large catering pack and additional sandwiches. I specifically asked if they could be delivered NO LATER then 11:45 the next morning. I was promised that it would be there. Nope it was late and completely disrupted my training meeting! The delivery driver didn't even leave the store until 11:45.
