Went to this Jimmy John's on Montana Sapphire off Shiloh for the first time. Wow! I was so impressed! I've been to others, but this is definitely one of the best. Fast, friendly, clean, and great food! A really nice environment. My sandwich was perfect. I will definitely be a regular here.

I ordered a #2 with no Tomatoes. I received a #2 with no Tomatoes and no Meat. How does that happen especially when it isn’t busy at all.
Normally theyre fine, what youd expect from a jimmy johns. Recently they upped their delivery fee though, and i understand, but on my most recent order, they outsourced their delivery to uber? From the time i submitted my order, it took the food an hour to get here as the driver had 10 other stops to make along the way. its not JJs fault the driver had other stops, its their fault for outsourcing to begin with. i dont go to jjs because they have the best sub in town, i go there because its fast. ill be getting firehouse from here on out

Pretty damn disappointing to spend $25 for a turkey sandwich and they can’t even put any turkey on it. Bad enough with the high cost these days that a man gives away his hard earned money and can’t even buy a decent meal.
