We went here for Imperial Thai and we're blown away by the vibe of this establishment! Never having tried Kava before, the staff was SUPER helpful and I have now added a beverage to my alcohol free escapades?

And for the FOOD... OMG we went two nights in a row and if I weren't catching a plane today, I would be going again. The Yellow Curry is something to live for.

Curry & Kava. My new favorite pairing.

I enjoy going to Kava Roots! It’s much better than the other kava spots in town. They a fun atmosphere and their kratom tea is great. There are a few cons to the place such as inconsistency of the prices. I order the exact same drink every time and I pay a different price whether it’s $9, $10, $11, or $12. I never know what they will charge me. Sometimes they charge $2 for peach puree, sometimes they don’t. I have also noticed them pouring water into their kratom tea instead of replacing it which dilutes the tea. That’s a little frustrating as I’m spending approx $10 for watered down tea. If they could fix these issues, they would get a 5 star for me.

I'm a door Dasher and I find that when I get an older to pick up and deliver from this place, this place is very unsanitary due to them already having the straws in the drinks. They need to change their policy and sanitation habits

I get these guys were concerned I was getting alot of kava and I appreciate the concern. But I don't chug it ??. I sip on it throughout the day if that. I'm a paying customer and I didn't appreciate Sean being so incredibly rude with me about what I wanted. Your job is to serve me man. Not to judge or be incredibly rude like you were. Not impressed. Been coming here for 9 months. Unreal

Such friendly customer service! I think the girl who helped me was Maddie? She helped me pick out a variety of canned kava flavors to take home and even recommended a kava "cocktail" to take with. I tried the orange dream flavor which was delicious! Such a fun alternative to a bar but with some bar amenities such as pool tables and a stage for live music. So nice to see some variety in a town that is highly saturated with bars and casinos. I'll be back for more!

Imperial Thai is inside Kava Root. Amazing food. And Kava Root I feel is the best in town. Love their mixed kava and Kratom drinks they make. Well worth the trip. Fun spot, and a bar feel without the drunks. There's other kava bars in town and it felt very bro ish, or like you need to know people to be welcomed in. Kava Root felt like home the first time I came in with friends. I come here every other day now.

Very cool place. It is a Kava tea bar joined with a Thai food restaurant that serves delicious Thai food. There is a stage, a couch area with games, a bar that serves delicious teas, and a pool table. It's part of an outdoor strip mall with several businesses including a bar, sun bathing and sauna, beaty parlor etc so you can bounce around some. They do plan events such as live music at the Kava Roots bar and lounge.

I had a truly disheartening experience here. I used to love this place, often visiting with my husband and even buying a few growlers. My disappointment began when I asked for light ice in my tea….simple right? Not only was my tea filled to the brim with ice, but I was also slapped with a $2 charge for "light ice." When I decided to get no ice, the charge inexplicably rose to $4, with the justification being I got more tea while you advertise 32oz? As someone who's a Vice President of Marketing, this feels like sheer false advertising tied to…..ice levels. It's not the money; it's the principle of the matter and when I asked about it your employee started laughing. I'd recommend others to try DaKava house where I've been treated with respect and never faced such deceptive and bizarre pricing, especially over something as simple as ice.
