Having to complete orders online is stupid and they don't get it correct. Ordered two potatoes and gravy and got a macaroni and cheese 🤢. No butter or honey for the biscuits, no silverware! So you get to eat your potatoes with your fingers. 😡

We were staying at the home 2 suites next door. They locked the doors before 7pm on Saturday 9/27. I walked over there about 6 to ask some questions. The staff never told me they close the walk in early. So at 7 we walked over and the door was locked and they were dancing around with the earbuds. They suck!!!!

The chicken was good the fries were practically frozen and the biscuits were barely warm, on to the dining room the floors were covered in trash and sticky the cashier seemed snotty and rude.

Food was great! Service was good, but we had trouble getting our order to go through on the app, so we missed out on the great deals. Apparently the problem is that the store can't help with the issues and the help option on the app is the same. Get your stuff in order, KFC!! Stop making offers on the app that can't be utilized at the stores.
