Stop by there every time I go up to Billings to see either the eye doctor or for surgery at the Billings Clinic which has been quite often over the last 7 years. Never had a bad experience or bad food or anything negative. I used to manage the KFC down in Sheridan Wyoming back in the early 2000s. I love KFC. I also manage KFC's down in Florida in the Sarasota area. I like this KFC and I recommend it. If you had a bad experience there. I'm sorry but you should mention it to the manager at the time or the next time you visit and hopefully they will rectify the issue.

Last time I ate here was in 2017. Food was great, place clean, staff awsome. Ate here yesterday and today, chicken was cold and nasty, biscuits were hard and cold and mac and cheese was cold. This the last time I'll come here.

I would like the owners of this place to try and eat the absolute piece of garbage meal that was just put in front of us. Disgusting is not a strong enough adjective several items were missed in the order. No I didn't call them no I didn't try to get ahold of the manager I'm in the hospital across the street and I wouldn't be able to get there anyway. I just won't ever go there or any other KFC again.
Food is so good it makes moms cry. My mother and I ordered the number 14 on the way home and she cried because of how spicy it was.

I ordered in the app and I called ahead to ask them to make my order fresh not only was the chicken in the bucket OLD AND VERY DRY THEY DID NOT SEND MY DAUGHTERS DRINK THAT CAME WITH HER KIDS MEAL I WILL BE CALLING THE HOME OFFICE ON THE STORE AND THE STORE MANAGER SHE WAS NOT INFORMATIVE AT ALL she really dont need to work in fast food since she can't get a customer's order correct.

Went thru the drive thru Asked if they had the special on nuggets They said no so I was forced to order chicken tenders. Double the price. As I go to pull out there is a huge sign in the window advertising the nuggets 10 for 5.99. I back up and ask the manager why I wasn't able to get the nuggets I wanted. An extremely rude manager named Rocio told me she didn't take.my order. I offered to give the untouched bag back and get the nuggets I wanted but she told me I would have to.pay for those as well No apology even though it was their fault. And then I got home and they didn't give me any sauce So much for customer service If you want KFC go to another location. Personally it will be a long time until.I go to KFC again.
