If you don’t know, KFC HAS THE BEST CHICKEN STRIPS! I love them so much. And the service is usually great as well I come here about once a week

Awful food in this location. Ordered a 16 piece which only 2 pieces were normal size the others were like a dried chicken wings. The potatoes and gravy were watered down and taste and smelled like soap. Horrible service saying they can't control the size of the chicken but they can control what goes inside the box. At least mix and match. I spent more than $50 dls NOT WORTH IT. Pictures clearly show what product they sale to customers.

Awful always been and will be. Went in last night. Employee behind counter should not be in customer service. One if not the lowest service I have ever received anywhere. You expect to go in somewhere wanting to get dinner and then treated horribly by an employee. Almost ruins your appetite. I won’t ever be back, the kfc’s around Billings have become a big joke. Thanks for nothing.

I had dinner in the building. Everything was dirty. Ceilings,tables, floors. Watched a staff member clean a table by smearing food across table and onto the floor. Everyone was nice but building is dirty. Bathrooms are a mess. Hard to kill food from fryer so what is expected. I was the only one eating inside. Easy to understand why no customers.

Had dinner delivered. Found a black hair mixed in the coleslaw!!! Definitely wasn't mine as I have blonde hair!! Waste of money as none of the food is being eaten after that! I've tried calling several times. No answer and no way to leave a message
When I got home with my order, I picked up the paper bag with the potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw in it. The bag ripped and everything fell out and was ruined. One of the gravy lids was not put on correctly and leaked all over everything! Paid a lot of money for it to be wasted!! Very disappointing!!
