If I could give this place negative stars I would. I used to love it but now it’s disgusting. Let’s start with the fries…they are overcooked and dark brown most of the time. For a few weeks I got some good batches in October but now it’s back to burnt fries. They must have had some employee turnover. Also I usually order at least 4 flying burgers and every time 1 or 2 is burnt! They have employees outside smoking weed in their vapes/dab pens. There’s a new employee who looks like he just stepped out of jail and wears pot leaf earrings and nasty oil stained hoodies that looks like he just got done working on a truck all day. I even heard this lady who maybe is the manager? screaming and cursing at another employee one day while waiting for my food. If that’s how they treat their employees no wonder they don’t care about the quality. This place is unprofessional and disgusting. I am done going here. It’s gone downhill since new owners took over.

It's a burger dive and its not bad but very expensive for what you get
I have eaten here a lot throughout my life, when it’s good it’s great and when it’s bad I cry. Hot tip: the quality seems to be way higher during the earlier parts of the day. Try King’s Hat for lunch, not dinner. Try the double bacon cheeseburger loaded, gems, and a chocolate twist cone. Delicious!

not recommended, food was not good. fries were cooked in old oil and very soggy, hamburgers were rubbery and nothing on them even tho I ordered loaded burgers. very disappointed. customers need to go to other sites to get actual reviews on this place

This is my second time here and there won't be a third time. The food was not good. The fries were soggy and you can tell it was old oil they were using. I ordered hamburgers loaded. No such thing The hamburgers were rubbery and all I got on my burgers was runny relish. I thought a loaded burger was lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Very disappointed in this joint. I want to help out the ma and pop business but they need to improve on there food.

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. I drove all the way down from Alberta to eat this trash. My wife is very upset that she even let me pick. The shake was ice cream and soda water. I took a sip and was very confused why my shake is carbonated and tastes like old chocolate milk. I asked for a remake and they just gave me a cup of ice cream. Now I'm not accusing anyone but my straw had slimy stuff coming out and I'm assuming it's spit. They must have spit in my straw...
The burger looked slapped together and taken out from someone's pocket.
The fries were burnt. Not like a crispy. Like an actually burnt pile of trash fries.
The atmosphere is also weird. I felt like I was back home in a third world country.
Don’t normally do reviews but I have to here. Wife and I ordered two burger baskets. Tots and rings were fine but the burgers were smaller than a regular Burger at McD’s. Big bun and basically no meat. Maybe other meals are better but DON’T get their burgers. It was a bad as it gets.

Wait was about 30 min, we assume made fresh. You pay, they hand you a receipt that has your total, you have to sign and tip is optional…but expected….the fries were burnt in old oil, and the burger was good but the bread was also burnt. The price is literally what I paid for lol
