not recommended, food was not good. fries were cooked in old oil and very soggy, hamburgers were rubbery and nothing on them even tho I ordered loaded burgers. very disappointed. customers need to go to other sites to get actual reviews on this place

It's not that tough folks. Two cheeseburgers with ketchup, onions and pickles and two milkshakes. Received one loaded and the other had no cheese but did include mustard. Rude gal had opened the window and shoved our sack of food out the window and immediately shut it. No milkshakes and no extra salt as requested. Sat for some time till someone else opened the window and finally got the milkshakes. Doubt we go back.

They always charge for sides of condiments but never give them to you then say they do. Fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you but for real where's the customer service.... never again. I wish this was a decade ago no better yet 7 years ago when you still cared. I'm embarrassed for you that it's gone this downhill. Two Uber drivers cancel for one order thats not even big and its still waiting for the food to be done after 3 wait time changes. You know I'm getting a refund this time. I'm done being taken advantage of by mom and pop companies that don't care, forget supporting local.
Edit: foods just now coming 2 hours after ordering, and it'll be cold I'd bet.

We had King’s Hat today for lunch and it was phenomenal! We all had different things, from burgers, to mushrooms, to the pork chop sandwich, and my daughter had a shake. All 10/10, even from a very particular 7 year old!

I mean, for $3 the burger was actually pretty decent. Would definitely come back. Wasn't a huge fan of the flying burger, it was different but not a huge fan of burgers on sandwich bread
I eat here decently often. It's usually best to call ahead and walk to the pick up window but not a problem with just pulling in line. The burgers are delicious and easy to crave but the malts can easily have you coming back for more. A really good selection on the menu, something for everyone. The prices are decent for a mom and pop style restaurant.
