Krispy Kreme

Placed an order online for donuts to take to my daughter's class. The staff asked me several times what the name was on my order and handed me a bag. I should have double checked, but I didn't. When I got to my daughter's school, I realized they had given me someone else's order. The staff lacks attention to detail!!

Staff was friendly. They didnt have the item I wanted so I chose an alternate. When I got on the road I found the guy had put an extra donut in the box!

Ah, let me tell you, I've been around for quite some time and seen all sorts of customer service. But Ava, oh my, she was exceptional. She treated me with such respect and kindness, it warmed my heart. Ava was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was satisfied. It felt like she genuinely cared about my needs. I haven't experienced such top-notch service in years. Ava is a true gem, and I hope others follow her example.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and everything was fine the gal taking my order even repeated back what i order. When I got home and opened the boxes non of the dounts that I ordered were correct. And I ordered 2 dozen, so out of 24 dounts my family received 2 that we actually like. This was very disappointing especially after a 45 minute drive home. I will not be purchasing dounts from krispy kream again.

I paid $17 for this… this is the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to.

Dasher, Yeah just leave a stack of napkins on a box, that won't blow away all over the customers lawn

drive-through only. pretty much all donuts were sold out (even original glaze), only 2 options left. tasted great! but disappointing…

As a dasher this place sucks cus it's guaranteed 20 minute wait cus they permanently shut down the lobby because COVID has taught them peak laziness
