They taste like the sugary Krispy Kremes we all love but they look like a hot mess and I'm confused how bc these are made by a machine from start to finish. Every box had mangled doughnuts. Was going to rate 4 star but from other reviews this seems to be standard practice
Is there no pride or quality control?

Let's face it. Krispy Kremes are always best when they are fresh off the line. We usually go when the hotlight is on. Today we got there late around 1030 am so they were not warm. When we walked up to the door it jad a sign saying the Lobby was closed. The drive-thru was as expected.
