I was very disappointed after seeing all of the great reviews for this place as I was craving a soup and sandwich combo and Billings doesn't have a lot of decent options (apparently) these days in the downtown area. When I went in to get a half sandwich and soup I was surprised to find that it was going to be $9 for a half sandwich, and $4.50 for a cup of soup. So I opted for just a half sandwich because I wasn't expecting such a large price tag for each item/no combo deal. I then received my half sandwich and was shocked to find that the sandwich was the size and quality of one you'd get at a highschool cafeteria. The bread was something from a loaf you'd buy at Albertsons on sale, cut in half, filled with dry turkey and what I can only assume was avocado from a pouch. I'm only giving two stars because the lady who helped me was very nice, but for that price this should not be what people are getting. I know things are getting more expensive and we should support local, but this is just not worth it on any level and we will not be going back.

This was like going home and having lunch with my siblings... the owners are awesome, which makes the sammies even better. When I find a new sandwhich spot i usually order the Reuben to start with if that's good then we can proceed. We'll we proceeded. Phenomenal. Highly advised to eat here.

Had lunch today and the food was great. The Rueben is as advertised! Great staff as well, so glad we stopped in. Also, the cookies, especially the lemon, are outstanding.

The soups and sandwiches were delicious and the price was right. Enjoyed the casual relaxing atmosphere as the owner spent time providing me with great service.
