This is the last time I eat or even look at this location. All of the employees are inept, you have to order online because none of the employees can take a correct order. This would mark the 3rd visit receiving cold food after dealing with someone who has no idea if they have bags or not. Its just wild that these people are employed and that you sell any product at all. Ive had enough and decided to leave this review. Rest assured I have been polite about this against my better judgement.

What is up with billings pizza places? This store sucks. My pizza is 25% raw uncooked completely dough in the middle. You know your a crappy business owner when the only thing your job skills require is set the pizza on a conveyor and it still comes out wrong. And God i hate how this is the only company that can't cut a pizza either. I'm told by an employee the cook is horrible and pushes pizzas through the oven uncooked because he gets backed up for moving so slow and doesn't care what is sent to the customer and they are afraid to say something in fear of retaliation. I think someone needs to check in on this store

It’s sad but I’m going to agree with these other low reviews. Been twice and both times I was told there are no available pepperoni puffs but I can get some if I wait 20 minutes. These are supposed to be ready for people. My most current time there after being told they are out again I ordered one cheese pizza and opened it up once I got to my location and it was pepperoni. Not a big deal but I shouldn’t have to check for them.

Look, no one goes to a Little Caesars for pizza that’s actually good, right? I go there when I’m in the mood for cheap, mediocre pizza. Plus this location is right by my house. But the service and pizza from this location is pretty bad. There have been a couple times I’ve had to wait for 20-30 minutes after I arrived for pizzas that I ordered ahead of time using their app. Isn’t that like their whole thing? Getting pizzas out fast? I also tend to order the extra sausage pizzas. A few months ago I got one that had a normal amount of sausage. Then I got one the other night with a similar amount, but ALL of it is in the middle of the pizza (see picture). Seriously. How can they throw the toppings on there and think, “Yep, that’s good”. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll go here anymore.

The staff here was amazing! I pulled up and called in my order because my back was killing me and the young man with the glasses called me back and offered to come outside and not only get the payment but also bring my food to me so I wouldn't have to get out! I just find that kind of customer service absolutely awesome!!
