This is the worst little ceasers in Billings!! The staff doesn’t care about how the place looks, the food is cold most the time or not even prepped. Nothing is ever hot and ready and FRESH.. manager wouldn’t refund me or provide me a new pizza. Then they didn’t answer their phone for over 15minutes!!

wait was so so long but the man working the front register was so kind and works so hard. this was 5:45pm on 10/2! He was clearly only supposed to be taking orders, but was incredible at multitasking and taking care of as many things as possible

Everytime I go in they're short staffed. The dude with thick black framed glasses is always working the register. He's always super nice and on top of making sure people get what they order and in a timely matter (for being short staffed that is) food is always fresh and warm. I've waited 20 mins before, but I felt like the wait was worth the food I was given. I've been to a lot of different LC around the US and this one always gets my order correct and makes me feel good with the interaction.
Pre-Ordered my pizza... I had to wait 30 minutes for my order that was called in. I paid for my order with two payments. The manager accused me. I only paid for one order. The guy that took my money was was just standing there looking at me when the manager was giving me my food. So the manager only wanted to give me one order but I paid for both. He said fine have the other order. I never got my receipts for payment. Their food is very delicious. You always have to wait a very long time to get your food... If you don't have time to wait like 30 minutes or longer, I would not recommend this place even if you call in an order ahead of time.

Employees were not well trained, and have no idea which order belonged to which customer. They don't seem to be attaching receipts to online orders, and ended giving part of our order away to another customer, forcing us to wait another 15 minutes to get the rest of our order. Store manager, do a better job of training your employees.

Never will I go back there (on Central). I ordered a 5 meat pizza. I waited a long time to get waited on & stood waiting 20 minutes for my pizza. Finally asked when it would be ready the young man said he would check. He came back about 5 minutes later - said it was in the oven & would be about 10 more minutes. I told him I just wanted a refund I was tired of waiting. He said they had new staff & not everyone was trained. There wasn't a happy customer in there because of the wait or they didn't have money to make change.
